Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Just simply divine. Located 5 minutes walk from a stunning hiking trail down the road. You will be waking up by the sound of the birds, an ocean view and a very unique place surrounded by nature. The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Welcome to The Lamb Stone Cottage... Our quaint cottage is the perfect spot for a quick jaunt to nearby Hendry’s Beach (less than 2 miles away). Watch the sunset from our favorite view, the Douglas Family Preserve (even closer!). The views from Elings Park just around the corner, boast ocean and mountain view’s. Great for an early morning hike or sunset stroll. The nearby “Mesa” area has a gourmet market called Lazy Acres. We are happy to recommend our favorite restaurants, too!

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden.
