Chalet Savoie 1

Warm, serene and 3 km from the city. With sea views but without direct access, you will still hear the sound of the sea and can savor its salty scent when you are on the large patio with a large mosquito net area. However, access is possible, very close at the end of the street. There is also a space to make a fire to liven up your evenings. Whether it's to enjoy the sun, the stunning sea views will make you dream long after you leave.

The Sky House

Our residence in Percé, set back from the road and surrounded by trees, offers stunning sea views and a peaceful environment. Located 5 minutes from the village, its location is ideal. Come and enjoy the magnificent sunsets, walking trails and many nearby beaches. ** We live in the house when it is not rented. Mini-Micro rustic "chalet" attached to the Gîte, close to the enclosures of our Huskies. Small open space with: 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed, bathroom with shower and MINI kitchenette; Bodum coffee maker (French press) "Motel" style kitchen 1 induction hob 1 microwave 1 toaster oven 1 fridge (small) It's really a studio room attached to the Gîte. A Mini studio ideal for 2 adults + (and 1 child possible.)

Access to the lake including boat with electric motor and double kayak for fishing or relaxation. 5 minutes from all services (grocery stores, bike paths, beaches, sports center, golf, village of Pabos). Access to the ZEC des Anses 500 m away. Located 49 km from the city of Percé.

L'Évangeline | entire house with garage

Charming house located in Evangeline, in the heart of the Acadian Peninsula. Large outdoor terrace with Waugh River views and attached garage. 1 km from road biking and mountain biking/snowmobiling trails, 10 minutes from Caraquet and Shippagan and 20 minutes from Tracadie. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and the second bedroom contains a double bed (sleeps 3–4).

Coastal Cottage in the Acadian Peninsula

Rustic cottage near the sea. At the back of the Chalet, you have a path (2-minute walk) that will take you to a nice sitting area facing the sea. In this rest area, you have a place to make a campfire and you also have a gazebo to relax. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people.

The Nordet Cottage

Spacious chalet for rent in a little corner of heaven with views and access to the sea. Located in Pigeon Hill, a small coastal village that stands out for the warm welcome and generosity of its community. Activities to do on site: cockle fishing, kayaking/paddle boarding (not provided), swimming, striped bass fishing. Perfect place for the whole family.
