This private lodging is located in Katsushika Ward, which has a downtown atmosphere, and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can get a good night's sleep and surely heal your travel fatigue!We replaced all the air conditioners, refrigerators, and other appliances in all rooms with one new one. The 3LDK has a total floor area of 70 ㎡, but we have set the maximum capacity at 6 people, and we have installed two double beds, one semi-double bed and one single bed in the room on the second floor to create a spacious living space.Please let us know in advance if you are using more than 6 people, we will prepare a folding bed. There is also a 24-hour convenience store and supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get daily necessities, etc., and you can stay comfortably even if you stay for a long time.In addition, there is free parking on the premises, and you can stop two cars for light vehicles and one for regular passenger cars.Flexible for sightseeing and business trips by car. There are several bus stops within a 5-minute walk, and a 20-minute bus ride takes you directly to JR Kanamachi Station, Kameari Station, and Keisei Line Kanamachi Station.You can get from the station to the city center in less than an hour. It is about 30 minutes by train from the nearest Kanamachi station (about 19 minutes on foot) to Asakusa Station. To the nearest station, you will cross the Shin-Katsushika Bridge over the golf course overlooking the Edo River. There are only two rental bicycles on site, but please use them to get to and from Kanamachi Station (first 30 minutes for 160 yen: prior registration with HELLOCYCLING required.You need to check the availability of the return location every time: You can book the return location after you start using it). There is also a direct bus from Matsudo Station (a 1-minute walk from the bus stop called Matsudo Tennis Club). You can also enjoy the Riverside Walk along the golf course in a 3-minute walk to the Edogawa River (morning walk, etc.).Next door is a quiet residential neighborhood with a large Matsudo tennis club with a view of greenery.The bus stop is the opposite side of Matsudo Tennis Club.
