I came to enjoy the tranquility of the forest. I lived the experiences provided by the neighborhood (tea houses, restaurant, artisan fair, horseback riding, tennis and padel courts, etc.) and if you like to walk or jog it is the place. In a natural environment, close to the beaches of the south. The house has all the amenities and equipment so you can enjoy your days of rest. Prepared to accommodate 5 guests comfortably, you have the option of 1 more guest at an additional cost.

A spacious yard features a private pool and sun loungers arranged on verdant grass. The home's exterior offers multiple large windows, allowing natural light to fill the interior spaces. A covered patio is visible, providing shade for outdoor gatherings.

Relax with the whole family in this home where the tranquility is breathable. Villa located in a perfect area in Punta Mogotes, near the beach complex, Playas del Sur, one block from the entrance to Bosque Peralta Ramos and the more commercial area where you can find a hairdresser, shopping mall, etc. We do not provide linen service. Bringing sheets, towel and wipes.
