This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. A country house, many olive trees, quiet and serenity; your holiday in the Country House La Spineta will be a pleasant surprise. It is a bit difficult to find us, in fact we are 15 km from the town, but the house is still equipped with all amenities, small garden, outdoor courtyard furnished in the warmer months. Excellent solution for family stays in spring-summer, but also fascinating in the winter months when it is possible to follow the olive harvest and the transformation into oil.

Just 1.5 km from the center, Torre Gigliano was built in the 12th century at the foot of the Murge plateau, surrounded by an expanse of olive trees in the countryside of Ruvo di Puglia, a town rich in history. Used as a watchtower and astronomical observatory, the residence is enriched by a one-of-a-kind and extraordinarily beautiful stone spiral staircase. Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
