The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place that’s near the Hospital. We are 2 miles from historic downtown & close to parks & lakes.
