Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Factory loft - Casa do Metro

This is a quality loft, in which the fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and work area have been designed in an open space floor plan; in addition to having a service WC. On the top floor, in the mezzanine, there is a private bedroom with a double bed, as well as a seating area and two single beds, designed in an “open space” concept with bathroom and shower. This loft is situated right next to the Póvoa Metro station, close to the city centre and only 400 metres from the beach.
