Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Minamitsuru District

Everything was Fine! The additional blankets in the cabin were very welcomed as we were 7 persons. Still, there was enough space to sleep! There were many things additionally available like tea bags, coffee and water. That was a welcomed and helpful surprise too. It’s up the hill but close to the train station. Might get difficult for older people to reach fast, but possible. Would go there again :)

The place is great! From amenities to privacy. We have a total privacy and it feels like home. Host is also responsive and accommodating from our enquiries. Near to MRT station too! Will stay here again the next i come back to Japan. :)

loved our stay at my fuji. the host was responsive and helpful, gave us local recommendations. we had a view of the mountain just 5 steps outside our front door. it was not uncomfortable at all that the shower was not in the room, just as they had mentioned. she was really nice to even give us a discount code for the taxi ride back because of the rain. I would highly recommend to other visitors

It was nice to be very close to the station. The railroad crossing is also close, so it makes a sound at night and in the morning, but I was wondering if it can be helped.

Sarah and Finn were wonderful hosts. Their communication was clear and very responsive. They went above and beyond to accommodate our travel schedule and make the apartment feel very welcoming for our arrival. The apartment was clean and the location was convenient to the Yamato train station and shops and restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this property. The place was smaller than expected but the house was really clean. It’s also really close to the station so that made it convenient. We had a rental car and the house came with a parking spot so that was really convenient for us. Overall a nice stay. You also get a great view of Mount Fuji from inside and outside the house.

Five friends from 20 years ago used a reunion.The meal was prolonged and I was late for the check-in time I mentioned at the time of booking, but I was flexible about self check-in. The room was just right for the five men, and the flowers bloomed in the old story while laying on the kotatsu and sofa.The projector was especially appreciated for gathering with friends. There are notes at the time of booking, but the downstairs is a snack?It seems that you can hear the sound of karaoke even after 25 o'clock.We were also noisy until late at night, so we didn't have to worry about the noise downstairs, but I think you should consider it in advance because you may be quite concerned about using it with your family and lovers (I was a little worried when I slept, so I gave it -1, but if you are a light sleeper, it may lead to a big negative assessment) In addition, the bed is large enough in some Japanese-style rooms, but I think the right number of people to sleep is up to 4 adults unless they stay together. The room has a kitchen in addition to a washing machine, so I don't have to worry about staying for a long time.All of them are clean, but the bathroom was well cleaned, but I was concerned about the smell coming from the sewage. (It is often in the apartment, but when the drain is not used, the water in the trap dries occurs, and the air returns from the sewage.We will add that it is not due to insufficient cleaning) I think it is better to think about the use of the scene, especially for noise, but the value is also generally high, so I would recommend it to young groups such as students.

Anyway, the authentic sauna was amazing!I am very satisfied with the barbecue, karaoke, and delicious freshly ground coffee.We were able to play with children on the large lawn in front of the wooden deck, and we enjoyed a lovely trip with children. It was still a little chilly to take a bath in the sauna, so I want to go again when it gets warm!

Extremely suitable for families and located in a quiet area. Peaceful but not too far a drive from the shops and restaurants around Yamanakako.

We arrived late due to our trip, and the home representative was patient and gave details about the various facilities in the house.The kitchen supplies were super complete and we also had a great time staying in the house for the most half of the day due to heavy snow conditions.The friend took great care of the coat and the place helped to arrange the return. However, drivers need to be aware of the trails to get to the house, especially in the evenings it is harder to find the entrance.Careful walking instructions will be provided.

Overall, very clean and spacious for our stay (family of 4), it is located only steps away from Arakurayama Sengen Park, we climbed up the stairs in the morning and evening, very beautiful views. Easy check in and check out process.

Great place for my family. Close to a nice lake and has a great view of mt Fuji. We accidentally forgot some stuff and the owner was very supportive in making sure we got it back.

Love it, it's a perfect home, the dog has been happy for the past two days, thank you. There are supermarkets nearby and it is very convenient.

The house is beautiful. I had a 7months old baby traveling with me, she loved the place so much! So spacious and clean, she could roll over and crawl around. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a bit far from the town, but to me, it’s a very relaxing place to stay.

It was a lovely place to stay that I'd love to stay again😌
