Really a great place for large families who want to be close to Sapporo Station and all the shopping area.

和家人一同入住，有三間房間可以獨立使用實在非常方便。 房源內也有廚房可以使用，適合家庭外出採買食材後回住宿聚餐，讓我有家的感覺。 房東也回應迅速，提供足夠的毛巾（每天也會替換）供房客使用真的是太好了。 整體非常滿意。

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

This apartment unit is very well equipped. I can tell Toshiko-san makes good efforts in providing the best staying experience for the guests. My family of four had a good rest in her cosy apartment.

location is great with many shops, eatery, malls and 10min walk to Susukino. there are two convenient stores within 5minutes walk. House is very well equiped, even has a massage chair which my son's love. It also has two separate shower cubicles.

Great location, easy access, good communication and just what we needed! Super comfy beds too! Ensure you are minimal with your rubbish as there is only one bin and hard to find in Japan on the streets. I think this is common in Japan so just an FYI for first time travellers! We loved our stay in Sapporo.

숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 넓었으며 4인 모두가 이용 하기에 너무 안락 하고 편안했습니다 :) 주차도 편하게 가능 했고, 출입문도 열기 쉬었습니다. 단독 집이라서 조용하고 사생활이 보호되었습니다. 다음에 삿포로에 방문시 재방문 의사 1000% 입니다. 또 가고 싶은 집입니다:)

To foreigners : I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs in Japan, but I can confidently say this is the best one in Sapporo. The place is extremely clean, and everything in central Sapporo is within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the water pressure, cozy, auto-temperature, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, thr place comes with every amenity you could need. If you’re traveling with a group, don’t hesitate to choose this place. Amazing guest house! My very first experience staying at Airbnb, and it was much better than I expected. The place is clean and tidy. Every material used in the house is quality products. To be honest, this Airbnb is even better than my current apartment. Thank you Aya san for being a great host as well. You were very helpful during our stay.

Beautiful and clean place, perfect for our big family of 8. A 10+ mins stroll from station with loads of food / convenience stores in the area. Host was responsive and kind to quickly replace faulty appliance within next morning.

The house is big and in a quiet area, surrounded by local residents. Within a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and JR station. The parking is right in front of the house. The host warmly welcomed us at check-in and check-out. All amenities were provided, and we didn't need to buy anything. All the appliances, like the AC controller and washing machine, are in Japanese, so we had to use Google Translate. The kitchen is small, and there is no oven. The knives were not very sharp. We bought sashimi but had trouble slicing it, so we ended up using scissors instead. The dining table is large, suitable for both working and eating. There is a separate office room with a computer and printer, but we didn’t use them. The house has one bathroom, one toilet, and 2 sinks, so if you come with a group, you may have to wait. However, the sinks, bathroom, and toilet are all separated, so one can shower, another can use the sink, and someone else can use the toilet. Overall, it was a great stay!!!!!

깨끗하고 모던한 집이에요. 침대 두개가 있는 방에 침대가 커서 짐 놓을 공간이 없는 부분만 빼면 괜찮았습니다. 침대도 편했어요. 다만, 방은 살짝 추웠습니다. 가성비로 완전 좋아요.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

l’appartement est fort agréable, très calme avec une vue imprenable et à proximité de la rue commerçante pour touristes certes mais très plaisante. L’accueil dans l’immeuble était très bien également. nous avons trouvé des petits restaurants pres du canal où nous avons été chaque fois extrêmement bien accueillis. nous recommandons cet arrêt à Otaru.
