It is a 3-apartment complex. This is on the ground floor, simple, with all amenities and very pleasant. 50 m from the main street and 65 m from the river and beaches. Smart TV. Area with more than 10 bars and restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies, etc. All very close. The OUTDOOR HEATED POOL is shared (there are never more than 8/10 people) and is open from 15 September to 1 May. WIFI Access is via a mountain road, which is very safe but a dirt road, and it crosses a river at a ford, which can occasionally flood during major storms and becomes passable again after a couple of hours.
