Smithson’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and cozy! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had full pots and pans and spices too! He was so kind to help me with a package debacle and always fast and nice responses. He made us feel at home and welcome. We enjoyed playing basketball on his side of the fence. Very dog friendly and also quiet. I enjoyed reading in the porch every morning with my coffee. Was also close to everything we wanted to go do! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The host was so kind and helpful. The house was so comfortable and we loved walking to the park every day. We hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved staying at April’s place! We brought our 2 kids and 2 dogs and everyone had more than enough space. The view is beautiful, the house couldn’t have been cleaner, and April was so responsive to messages. We will for sure be back!!

I really loved staying in Liz’s cottage. It was so peaceful and private. A perfect home base for our girl’s trip to the North Carolina mountains. The little stream that runs behind the cottage was one of our favorite parts. A great place to have some quiet time in the morning. Liz was also so responsive and helpful to the questions that I had. I cannot recommend enough.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are spacious and the screened in porch is lovely - - all times of day but especially at night. It is a quick drive into Brevard as well as the Pisgah Forest. Full huge kitchen, dining table and grill that we took advantage of. Great getaway stay!

we loved this little house! it was perfectly located between Brevard & Hendersonville. the neighborhood felt safe for us. (2 elderly sisters) The beds were very comfortable. and the house was stocked with everything we needed. and given the opportunity, we'd stay here again. Jerica was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend. this sweet little house!

Great spot and a short drive from downtown Brevard . Peaceful , serene , and inviting property ! We will be back !

The cabin was lovely and we had a great time there . Communication with owners was easy and prompt. The cabin is hidden in the mountains , but easy to find and with good access . We felt safe . The cabin is 100 years old but beautifully renewed , without taking the feeling that you are in a traditional mountain cabin . We also enjoyed the nearby community and the kind people living in the area . We loved the stay and we plan to return .

This is my second time staying at this fantastic spot, and it was just as great as the first. They are wonderful hosts, the place is a real hidden gem, and the community has so much to offer. It certainly won't be my last time here!

What a wonderful little place to stay. Private, clean, and close enough to town. Some parts of the cottage (pool, bathroom, and part of kitchen) were recently renovated and were even nicer than the photos. Harry was very responsive with any questions. It was a pleasure staying here and I hope to visit again.

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

Amanda was an amazing host! She was super helpful with sending recommendations before our trip, and was on top of responses while we were there. She was more than happy to accommodate our needs.

Wow this place was absolutely amazing the pool and the hot tub were definitely the highlight of the stay but the house was also very homey and clean and it’s was a fun time

This place is very comfortable. I was looking for a relaxing and quiet retreat. This was it. Even though it is next to the hosts house they gave me my space. In fact I never even saw them. The tub is amazing and the kitchen is well appointed. Top score. IF you are thinking of staying here you should.

This is such an amazing place and yes it is real! Incredible views and wonderful stunning home in the mountains. It really was a memory I'll have forever. Matt was so awesome, he helped us get settled in and the amenities were so awesome🙏. Stay here and prepare to be pampered all the way up in the mountains! ❤️

We had a lovely stay chilling in the outdoor bathtub, waking up with pour over coffee, and enjoying the beautiful mountain Laurel that surrounds the house.

The Hobbit House was wonderful. We wanted to have a secluded trip away and were a little skeptical knowing the property was on a working farm. We were very happy with how secluded we felt and how the owners gave us space to enjoy their beautiful property. Asheville was close enough for us to hit a couple of the breweries and have dinner. The hot tub was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Our pups enjoyed the ability to run around in the fields. Jamie also keeps a nice walking path mowed that leads to the creek. We already want to book for next year.

Wish i could give it 10 stars! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the treehouse and it may become our annual trip! It was amazingly private. Very romantic. Also the hot tub and fire pit were amazing. We even cancelled our fancy dinner reservation just to get more time at the property. Our host was amazing also and made the trip all the more better!

This place was exactly what I was looking for and more! So comfy, peaceful, and beautifully decorated/set up. I felt right at home and super safe, Jolene (farm dog) even came to check in on us! Thank you so much :)

This secluded tiny home with hot tub was everything we wanted for our getaway weekend where we celebrated our 3 year anniversary. the amenities were luxurious from the salt water hot tub to the towels/robes to the comfortable bedding- everything was high quality. The path leading to the tiny home was whimsical and created an immediate submersion into nature which is exactly what we were looking for. The price was a little more than we originally planned to spend for our weekend getaway but definitely worth it. We had looked at going to a spa during our weekend but found that we didn't want/need it after experiencing the sauna and hot tub. It was hard to say goodbye!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda's cabin! It was so peaceful to eat outside on the deck while soaking up the beautiful mountain view! The cabin had everything we needed including dishes including a well stocked kitchen. The only thing that might be helpful for other renters to know is that the parking area is tight and you need to be comfortable backing out of the steep drive down by the house. We did not need 4-wheel drive to get in or out of it, but we were here in June. There is a parking area at the top, but it would be a decent walk to carry bags, etc down to the house. It was also tight for us to turn around up there but doable in our Ford Explorer. If we had driven our Dodge Ram 2500, we would not have been able to turn around up there, and we would've had to back out a very long gravel drive down to the road. This does not impact my five star review. Amanda is an amazing host! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first dome experience and we can say it was true glamping. It felt like camping but with all the luxuries of power, and water. The wonderful view with the hot tub was how we closed out the trip. Completely recommend.

Lovely home. I wish I could live here all the time. It’s a very peaceful countryside setting, but still close to anything you might need. Whole Foods and Publix are approx. 15 mins drive away, plus lots of other food options in that same area. Downtown Asheville is about a 20 minute drive. We stayed in May/June. I enjoyed siting on the screened porch listening to birdsong and the breeze blowing through the trees. I also got to see some wildlife including some cute groundhogs that live nearby, opossums, many different kinds of birds, a turtle, and I even saw a bobcat run by one day! The fireflies were so magical at night. The home is beautifully designed. A unique modern farmhouse. Hottub is also nice and clean. Really love this place.
