Amazing location in the town below Taormina. Wonderful restaurants across the street and beach access as well. The apartment was recently renovated and was lovely for a couple. Washing machine in the bathroom and AC that cooled the entire house. Wonderful place and location. Round trip bus ticket to Taormina was only €3! Don't even attempt to drive up there.

This apartment was beautiful. the bed was the comfiest that we experienced in all of our travels. the many places to sit outside on the terrace was our favorite. 5 stars for the hammock! I agree with others, if you are not able bodied, you should look elsewhere. the stairs weren't a problem for us, and the path is well lit. close enough to the town proper, but very quiet and peaceful.

Ich war für etwas mehr als einen Monat zu Gast in der Unterkunft Balcone Crimaldi zu Gast und habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Zum Ausblick ist ja bereits viel geschrieben worden – es ist wirklich einmalig. Obwohl man hier fast jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann, wird es nicht langweilig. Die Stimmung und das Licht sind jedes Mal anders. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und das WLAN läuft verlässlich. Auch das Schlafzimmer und das Bad lassen keine Wünsche offen. San Marco D’Alunzio mit seinen verwinkelten, steilen Gassen hat eine absolut einmalige Atmosphäre. Wer gerne wandert, kann zudem von hier aus direkt starten und findet im Nebrodi-Park viele großartige Strecken. Ein Auto ist allerdings dennoch empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt zu Claudia und Sergio lief super. Sie waren für Fragen stets erreichbar und gaben mir gute Tipps zu Veranstaltungen im Ort – und einen hauseigenen Wein gab’s auch noch zum Probieren.

Marco's place was clean, bright, modern, and had lots of space. He equipped the kitchen with breakfast snacks of many kinds, cereal, great coffee - including fresh milk ready when we arrived - and each bedroom even had its own kettle and selection of teas and some treats. Marco made getting there easy and check-in a breeze. He answered questions quickly before and during the stay, and even checked how we were doing, halfway through our 4-night adventure. I would highly recommend Marco's place. Parking is usually available and we were a 5-10 minute drive to the duomo and centre of town.

Emanuele's place was terrific from the start. Communication from Marateresa was clear and she was good enough to meet us at the apartment for our check in and to let us know about the area. The greatest thing about this location is not only the impressive views, but the access to the cable car and Isola Bella beach which is serviced by a private gate to the public steps. The apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted. The only minor thing I'd note is that the shower was on the small side. We managed ok and this didnt detract from our stay. Thanks for an amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

This was an incredible place with a beautiful view. Really perfect and exactly what we were looking for. There was also the added bonus of a concierge, Alessandra, who helped us organize transit to and from the airport, car rental, took a grocery order for us so we’d arrive to a stocked kitchen, and organized tour with a guide for us. Alessandra was excellent and incredibly attentive. She definitely made this a unique and exceptional Airbnb experience that really exemplified hospitality.

My fiancé and I needed a place to stay last minute in Taormina and Francesca was very accommodating and responded very quickly. Her home is in the perfect spot where restaurants and sights are walkable. And there’s an adorable balcony that overlooks the street which we loved! The space overall is beautifully decorated and has a modern charm to it. And everything you would need is there. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we visit. The apartment is great once you find it. The road to get there is very narrow, steep and longer than expected. Once you know where you are going it is fine. There is a staircase down to the city which takes about 10 minutes down and about 15 back up. The veranda is wonderful with the view of the sea being spectacular. I recommend staying at this apartment!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is erg comfortabel, en de tuin is prachtig. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk in de tuin en zwembad kunnen spelen. Als je een beetje buiten de toeristische hectiek wilt zitten, en toch alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik wilt hebben dan is dit ideaal. We willen graag terug komen.

Angelo and Samantha were the loveliest hosts and couldn’t have done anything more for us. The unit is very centrally located and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Angelo even helped us with parking and we highly recommend their unit to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Maria’s Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need. What truly stood out, though, was the beautiful garden.

Fantastic stay – we’d love to come back! We had a truly amazing week in this wonderful home. We were 8 people – 6 adults and 2 teenagers – and there was plenty of space for everyone, especially thanks to the lovely terrace. The terrace and the view were absolutely stunning – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready without any hassle. The location was ideal. A supermarket, pasticceria, shops, and more were just around the corner, and in just 3–4 minutes on foot, you’re right on the main shopping street. Our host, Michele, was very helpful and gave us great tips for local activities – including a beautiful hike up to Castelmola, with the stairs starting right outside the apartment. We also joined a tour to Mount Etna and hiked to three craters – an unforgettable experience we highly recommend!

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! The place is beautiful, opulent and very clean. Lots of nice little extras included which makes it extra nice. We loved the rooftop terrace and the location could not have been better. I highly, highly recommend this beautiful home.

We, two families, four adults and four children, had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa!!! The views are spectacular! The exact GPS position is definitely needed to find the location of the villa. The villa is very well situated close to Taormina and the Aetna as well as the Alcantara Canyon are within an hours drive.

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Very good stay over Christmas here. The flat matched the photos perfectly and the on-site staff member is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended, stunning view and well equipped, modern flat in one of the best locations in Taormina.

First off, it was immediately easy to see why Luigi is rated as a superhost. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was extremely in touch without being obtrusive, in the days leading up to our arrival, and he met us quite early (earlier than most hosts would ever consider) to meet us and show us the unit and give us the keys. Also, I messed up and locked both the keys and my cellular in the apartment - and a neighbor totally rescued us by calling Luigi - AND, Luigi showed up in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend this host - no matter what property it is, you can rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Luigi ALSO, by the way, provided one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed - it was immaculate upon arrival! Thank you, Luigi! 7 stars out of 5!!!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Très bon séjour, appartement qui correspond bien aux photos et bien équipé. Réactivité de l'hôte par message. À proximité de Milazzo ce qui est appréciable pour une excursion sur les îles éoliennes notamment. Je recommande !

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Wir haben 3 Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war 10/10 sauber, gut und funktionell ausgestattet und hat sehr lecker frisch geduftet 🙂 Marco, unser Gastgeber, war zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hat uns zuvorkommend behandelt. Auch hat er uns extra nochmal ganz viel leckeren Kaffee zur Zubereitung vorbei gebracht und sozusagen aufs Haus geschenkt. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön; zwei Straßen vom Hafen entfernt.
