The habitat is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Endless green forests, smooth meadows and pastures, and animals. Cranes, hares, roe deer, deer and foxes visit us every day. Around the forests, fields and meadows. You can count on privacy, the cottage itself is surrounded by a grove. The cottage is located in the colony of the village of Giławy. The cottage is open all year round and is electrically heated.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.
