Townhouse holiday rentals in Midvale

Arryn’s place felt like home. We stayed for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. Close enough, but still away from the hustle of Park City. Arryn was very responsive & answered our questions quickly. Townhouse was stocked & furniture was comfortable & large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean. The master bedroom was located on the top floor with a large bathroom & walk in closet. Plenty of towels & very soft sheets. Having a garage was an extra perk, especially during the snow storms. Shuttle bus was right outside the complex so super easy if we didn’t want to drive to the mountain. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here while a group of us were in town for a festival in SLC. Easy to get to various parts of town, walkable area with a great coffee shop around the corner too! Check in and out was so easy and everything we could need was provided. Would definitely stay here again with a group -- this is a great spot!

Everything in this home away from home is good quality, very clean and taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need and the knives are sharp, which for me is always an indication of a host that doesn't try to cut corners. There is plenty of light and the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor calming. Loved the location. You are close to the major roads and freeways and a grocery store across the road. We stayed for two weeks and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It was a lovely stay.

Welcoming space and spacious enough for our family of 6. Just around the corner from a wedding venue we were attending and couldn’t have been a better location for it.

Julia’s place is a must-stay if you’re coming to Park City. It’s spacious, comfortable, and even better than advertised. The shared amenities are a nice touch, like the hot tub right near the unit. We had our toddler with us and she had a pack and play and kids’ dishes we used. It’s centrally located, too! Julia was also super communicative and answered our questions very quickly. I’d highly recommend her place to anyone!

Super cute place. They were very helpful and responsive. I was a little confused because the listing showed a bunk and a bed but the place had 2 bunks so I didn’t plan on that but it worked out and I actually liked it better. The place was adorable and so cozy we didn’t want to leave. Loved it and the beds were comfy! Thank you!

Cameron’s home was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for my family. My son absolutely loved the bunk beds and we loved the view from the back deck. The convenience of the nearby park and basketball court was very nice as well. He was very responsive in his messages and had the pantry stocked with snacks and the fridge stocked with drinks. I will definitely be staying there again.

The house was great, perfect for 6 of us to come for 2 nights. Krissy allowed us to check in early and was super quick to respond. When we couldn’t find extra toilet paper, she had some delivered right away. Above and beyond! Also the pool was right across the street and the water was comfortable temperature to cool off in the afternoon

This stunning townhouse with a garage space was the perfect place for a quick stay in SLC. It's walkable to Smith Ballpark (the Bees AAA baseball team) as well as some good restaurants. It is also a quick drive to Liberty Park and the 9th & 9th neighborhood. Wonderful amenities, and note it is 3 stories but the stairs are carpeted.

Our stay was just perfect in every way. From the weather to the location to being able to witness our eldest grandchild’s graduation from high school. Much thanks to our gracious hosts!!!

Despite the pool being shut down and having trouble with the internet, they were very responsive and got the internet fixed multiple times very quickly. The place was clean, great hosts, responsive and helpful. We were frustrated by the pool but it was out of their hands, they did everything they could to accommodate. Great place, worth the money paid for sure.

Thanks for a great stay. It was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. We had a family of four and the home was so big. We didn’t even use the bedrooms downstairs. We ate at home most of the time and the home had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay. We hope to be back again.

Fantastic Stay! This was a great location for spring skiing for our family. It was a very quick drive to ski, maybe 15 minutes. We loved Solitude and Snowbird. It was half the time it took us when we stayed in the city. The townhome is right in the mountain base and there is a playground and tennis court adjacent. There was a Smith’s grocery store right down the street and a delicious Ven La Thai restaurant in the same shopping area. The townhouse was spotless with a great kitchen and living space. I cook daily and had the pots and pans I needed. The owner even brought me a pie tin and rolling pin so I could make my pies! There were multiple sets of dishes which makes it easy to run a load in the dishwasher and still set the table for a meal. The beds were comfortable and large with plenty of pillows. We didn’t run out of hot water even with everyone showering after sweaty spring skiing! We want to stay there again.

It looks like a brand new townhome. All the cutlery were in pristine condition. Fully equipped home. They even had baby high chair. Totally enjoyed our stay here

Felt like home. spacious, clean, all the amenities provided, easy to communicate, easy checkin/chekput process with clear instructions. we loved tje size of the house and the distribution of the rooms. the basement is fully fnished like a full apartment and a movie theater room which was a plus.

We absolutely loved this place! It is an oasis from the busy outside world - clean, quiet, private and very nicely furnished. The location is convenient yet tucked away. Linens and towels are lovely and the unit has plenty of soap, paper products and cleaning supplies. The garage is great to stow your vehicle and not have to worry about parking or security. Do note that it will fit up to a larger crossover vehicle, no SUV or trucks. Evan was attentive and super responsive. The District Coffee Shop and quiet neighborhood for walking were great perks!

This was the perfect getaway. A lot of homes in the neighborhood might look amazing, but this home had a view that the others didn't. But above that, the home had a great vibe, the neighbors were quiet lovely, and I'll be coming back here every time I come through Park City!

Loved this place! It was clean and comfy. The decor was so cute. Seems like lots of airbnbs try to find the cheapest things but not this one. The location was great, right across the street from the front runner which we took into Salt Lake.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not even better in person. Every detail felt thoughtfully put together, creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The host was amazing—so responsive, kind, and welcoming from the very start. She made everything easy and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

My family came from Mexico for my graduation and stayed in Emily’s Airbnb. The place was beautiful and very homely; my family absolutely loved staying there. Unfortunately, my family disconnected the cameras by accident while trying to connect my dad’s work laptop, and someone from the area complained about my cousins smoking outside. However, Emily was very professional and very polite about it. I felt very sorry about what happened, but she was so understanding. I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing host and amazing place!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well and had everything we needed. The place is on the street but it’s quiet and didn’t bother us.

Mary’s place was fantastic. As described. Any small issues / questions we had, Mary quickly resolved. 👍👍👍👍 Also a ton of fun kitchen things you don’t normally find at airbnbs. (Sharp knives are a plus)

The place is in a fantastic neighborhood and we would stay here again. Granary has a lot of restaurants and bars and is close to transit and bike stations. The garage is a bit tight as others have said but doable for a mid size suv if you’re very careful. It’s clean and has basic amenities like spices, coffee, and tide pods, etc. which is super great. Be aware there is a third party background check that costs 50 bucks on top of the rental. This is clearly part of a collection of rentals so some of the automated messages don’t make sense with the unit. We couldn’t get into the unit at first and couldn’t get in touch with the host and had to contact air bnb to get in touch with the host to resolve. We were able to get in 20 minutes after we arrived due to a mistake with data entry of the code. Otherwise the hosts and all the accompanying cohosts are responsive.
