Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown Toronto, Old Toronto

Great location accessible and equal distance to downtown and outlying neighborhood / suburban areas. Wonderful cozy home with nice back porch and grill, good sized master bedroom, useful second bedroom, amazing chef’s kitchen, and spa like bathroom. Parking municipal lot is offsite about a three minute walk away, but you pay hourly or overnight $3 rate (very reasonable, and can pay remotely with app). Some street parking too, but with time of day restrictions, etc. Overall amazing stay, high quality host, and great space layout / size.

Great location with an easy walk to restaurants and the subway/bus system. The house was clean and comfortable and quiet for being in the city.

Very clean and cozy stay, was exactly as described and pictured. Everything you need to feel at home, fully equipped kitchen! Use of laundry if needed, nice soaker tub. Things to note, there is some child noise during the day, but to be expected in a family home and never an issue at night when it's time to sleep. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great, but manageable. Overall 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Everything was exactly as shown and very clean! Location is great, near public transportation that accesses the majority of the city. No issues whatsoever!

Maya and Dado had such a lovely, cozy, and clean place for my sister and I to stay. The area was nice, secluded, and had a short walk to the subway station. The hosts were super responsive and very friendly! 100% recommend!

This is a lovely ground floor apartment with its own garden. It’s spacious and clean and nicely decorated and the garden is lovely with local wildlife popping by! This is a nice part of Toronto generally, close to a lot of things but more green and quiet than downtown. Would recommend

Mais and Sarah were wonderful hosts! They were both very kind and equally responsive to any requests I had. If there was anything I couldn’t find that was missing, they would bring it quickly! Everything was clean and neat! The area is wonderful, so close to the TTC and very quiet area. It was so nice to go out for the day and come back to such a quaint and comfy space. I def recommend to anyone who may have doubts :-)

Cute, clean, private apartment that was in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the subway. Rhuland was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and use the parking, which was a bonus.

Just what we needed for our quick trip to the Toronto area. Transit was readily available via bus. The space was comfy, cozy, and clean! Trains pass by fairly closely but we didn't find that it was too loud. There are also grocery stores and food options nearby, within walking distance in case you forgot something for your trip or need to grab a bite. Overall, great stay and very happy with choosing this listing!

What a treat to stay in this place. Since we were driving, it was nice to have a parking space. The host is very thoughtful, providing goodies, recomendations for eateries, and setting up the place so you feel right at home. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath & rain style showerhead. The patio was nice with pots of pretty flowers. Our first visit to Toronto was memorable.

Brilliant stay! Susanne and Fred are amazing and responsive hosts. A slight issue with a blown fuse was resolved within minutes! Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Toronto, easy to get to downtown Toronto using public transport. The appartment is extremely clean and offers everything you would need.

Mehrdads condo was perfect for us. The view from the balcony, the proximity for bars and restaurants the CN tower and aquarium. Ten minute walk to union street train station. The condo was comfortable and well furnished and we felt very settled as soon as we moved in. Communication and entry on arrival was hassle free. Would totally recommend !

Fariba’s place is in a great location. The apartment is clean with a functional layout. Communication is not an issue, Fariba answered promptly when I had minor issues checking in. With so many lock boxes, it took some time to locate the correct one. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Fariba’s apartment again.

Sooji & Jung were excellent hosts. The apartment albeit a little small was suitable for us as we were out most of the days. It’s centrally located in a very safe area. The only drawback we encountered was the lack of drawers to put clothes etc in. For longer stays drawers would be ideal. Any questions were answered promptly & accurately. Shops cafes & restaurants are on your doorstep. The aspect from the higher floor was excellent. I would recommend if a stay in a central location is wanted. Maybe a little more expensive than it should be but it’s a great place to stay.

Amazing hosts. So responsive. Location is amazing we walked to everything. Quiet for a location in the centre of everything. The apt is as fully equipped. It does have a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen but is close to restaurants and stores so you can easily pick up anything you need.

Great location in the heart of Yorkville. A few minutes walk to a lot of good restaurants, museum, subway, etc. Clean, well stocked. Keep in mind this is a prime location which explains the high price for a small unit. Highly recommend.

Andrew was a great host and his apartment was very comfortable for my stay there with my daughter. The neighborhood is nice and central with lots of great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is just a short walk to the University of Toronto . It was easy to take the train or Uber from there . I would definitely book with Andrew again. Thank you Andrew and your team. We had a great time staying at this condo in Toronto—it reminded us a lot of our old place in Chicago. The view overlooking the city was beautiful, and the neighborhood itself was surprisingly calm and not overly crowded. There were plenty of nearby food and coffee options, which made it easy to grab something quickly without having to venture far. The location is well-connected, with convenient access to multiple train lines, and the condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to settle into. I especially appreciated the eclectic artwork from different cultures throughout the home—it gave the space a unique and welcoming charm. All the appliances were easy to use, and the overall setup worked really well for a small group wanting to stay close to downtown. One heads-up: the parking garage can feel a bit tight if you’re driving a larger vehicle, but it’s definitely manageable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Toronto, this is it!
