Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown, Nashville

This place was perfect for a weekend stay. It was conveniently located to Broadway and other downtown attractions and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kenneth literally thought of everything when stocking the extra amenities. He was a great host and I highly recommend this place for a nice comfortable and convenient Nashville getaway.

Balcony was large enough for 2 couples (had 6 chairs.) Beds were comfortable and it’s our third time at the Burnham. Walkable to Broadway and enough space to stretch out. This unit also has whole bedroom walls, so is different than some of the others which provides more privacy.

This place is so cool!!! It is eclectic, eccentric and interesting with all kinds of little nooks for comfort and privacy. Long steps up, but worth it to get to this gem of a hideaway close to everything Nashville. They really capture old Nashville vibe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Chris was a great host and the place was exactly how it’s pictured. Beds were super comfy, place was clean and a perfect size for 4 people. Such a vibe with the black walls and curtains, but man is it hard to get up when you’re out all night, haha. I read some reviews that said there wasn’t much in walking distance, but we didn’t find that to be true. There are two great coffee shops less than a block away and a handful of restaurants if you walk 10 mins past there. We also walked to midtown, which was only about 10-15 mins which had tons of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Chris!

Bright & beautiful home. Great city views. A fantastic place to stay for anyone who enjoys the country music scene. Easy walk to hub of activities but far enough away to enjoy a break. Parking available for one car in a covered garage. Beds are comfy, linens clean, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to move around. Hosts were very responsive & easy to communicate with. We would come back & we would highly recommend to friends & family.

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

Absolutely loved this place!! It was so beautiful and the view at night was amazing. The only issue I had was my stratis app would not work on the elevator to get us upstairs upon arrival to get our key fob. This was nobody's fault though, technology messes up sometimes. Another guest scanned their key fob for us so we could go up to check in and gran our keys. I will say the host had excellent communication, she was extremely quick with responses. I would most definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay with a big group of girls. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! Very clean. A couple things were missing - sheets for the pullout and a cutting board - and the hosts went and got them and brought them to us. Great and responsive hosts, good area, walkable to Broadway if you’re up for it (30 mins or so). The only thing is that the bunk bed in the second bedroom is REALLY high and doesn’t feel super secure. Overall great spot!

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

Brendan was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Well mannered, and gave great detailed instructions on how to find the Airbnb, key fob, and parking spot if paid for in parking garage. Clean place. Will stay again if ever back in Nashville.

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

We loved the space! Super cool apartment in a nice part of town. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go and had a great trip!!

This place is exactly as pictured! It has a great little kitchen and comfy couches to sit on in the living room. The beds are very comfortable and nice linens. We enjoyed this lovely building and everyone visiting needs to visit the Speakeasy in the basement. So fun! We never used the splash pool but it is a nice setup. We loved that this Airbnb is at the edge of midtown. We will definitely return to the place when we come back to Nashville. Thank you!

Very nice place, conveniently located. Very responsive hosts. Was perfect for four of us attending CMA Fest for four days!

The apartment was great, very clean, and spacious. We especially loved the large and comfortable couch. Amy was fantastic and responsive. Things to note - the neighborhood is in the middle of gentrification and we didn't feel comfortable walking around. That said, it was only a short drive to everything. Also the pool is rather small.

Great condo in great location, downtown but quiet on a Sunday night, while it was still party town on HonkyTonk, which was very walkable! We enjoyed our stay, great large balcony, clean large condo with all amenities. Check-in process is a bit of a pain with the FOBs but hosts provide instructions and are very responsive. Would recommend!

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

This place was honestly the best and cleanest place I have stayed, with top amenities .Everything you need and more . Will definitely be back great area and Bob is a 5 star Host!

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

This place was perfect for our families Nashville stay. Easy to get to and from downtown and other parts of the city, parking was no problem. And the area was a great area to get a morning jog in. Brody was an extremely responsive host and even called me to quickly get me some answers. I would 10/10 stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. Very spacious, comfy beds, very clean and just like the photos. Everyone loved it. We utilized the outdoor patio during our down time which was awesome. We mainly Ubered everywhere. We utilized early bag drop off and leaving our bags there for a little while after checkout which was super helpful. We will definitely be returning!!

The apartment was just as the photos showed, and the location was great. We booked some guided tours and they happened to be right next door ( win win ) had a great bar too. Alex was very helpful and checked to see if everything was ok and it was . Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. All that’s left to say is Ye-Ha !!!!
