This nicely furnished second floor private apartment is located only a 10 minute walk from Eastons beach, cliff walk, and upper Broadway restaurants. A short walk to Braga park, 10 min bike ride to downtown. Full kitchen, bath and bedroom. Sleeper sofa and a fold out loveseat plus a futon mattress under the bed for extra guests. Beautiful front porch to enjoy. Free on street parking in front of the house. I live on the first floor and am available if needed.
“Brian’s home was the perfect home away from home during Covid-19. We were seeking an escape and Newport provided the perfect outlet. The home was easy to find, fully stocked with everything you needed for a day at the beach and dinner at “home.” The cozy cottage vibes in a beautiful neighborhood were perfect for strolls to Easton Beach and the Cliff Walk. The best part was being less than ten minutes from everything Newport has to offer!!”
No cleaning fee from us! 2019 renovated bath! Summer is upon us. Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer 2019 weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!) NO CLEANING FEE = Very Rare!
“The most stylish and comfortable space! It was so relaxing! I love all the books and long spaces to spread out in the living room. The mattress was great for us side sleepers and the room temp was beautiful. This place is set on a country road that is just plain gorgeous to walk and drive along. Very close to the Peabody’s Beach which is $15 for parking for non-residents. I love the adirondack chairs out front and the beautiful bulb lights strung out front. Our stay was just perfect for getting away to see Newport but not be in the busyness and noise of Newport.”

“This location opened up unexpectedly and we felt SO lucky that it did! Perfect spot for a bachelorette party or really any fun group event. The roof decks were a great bonus with plenty of seating and the location is close to shopping, restaurants, and even walking distance to a small (rocky) beach! Gerard was super responsive on any questions and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Clean, with AC and great WiFi for uploading your selfies from the roof! Highly recommend staying here!”
