Alexandro was very responsive and helpful. The location has a beautiful view of the harbor and very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

التجربة كانت رائعة وجميلة 😁وكانت افضل من الوصف والموقع ممتاز لاطلالته وقربه من المسبح وقربه من الشاطئ المخصص للزوار، المالك (الاخ احمد) كان جدا متعاون واتمم لنا اجراءات الدخول واصدار تصاريح الشاطئ بشكل سريع، المطبخ مجهز بالاساسيات من بوتجاز وثلاجة وفرن كهربائي وغسالة ملابس واواني طبخ، دورات المياه نظيفة وفيها مناشف نظيفة، يتوفر ايضا مكوى لكي الملابس ومنشر في البلكونة وغير جلسة البلكونة الي اكيد راح اشتاق لها 😍 الشقة جميلة واطلالتها رائعة ونظيفة جدا ومن النقاط الي اعجبتني كثير هو توفير الاحتياجات الاساسية لك كسائح في اول يوم من ماء وشاي وادوات نظافة، التفاصيل هذي صغيرة وغير مكلفة ولكن تسهل علي الضيف الكثير من الوقت والبحث. الي جاي وبيجلس اسبوع مثلا ممكن مايحتاج يخرج من مراسي ولكن يفضل حجز سيارة من المطار او قولف كار من تطبيق G ride لان التنقل داخل مراسي نفسها صعب شوي. (رسوم تصاريح الشاطى لافراد العائلة لكامل المدة كانت بمبلغ اضافي وهو موضح من البداية و المبلغ حوالي ١١ الف جنيه او مايعادل ٨٧٠ ريال او ٢٣٠ دولار تقريبا فقط بإختصار التجربة راح تتكرر اكيد ان شاء الله (شكرا 🌹 ا. احمد)

- Très bon emplacement au coeur de la marina avec une superbe vue - Toutes les commodités (restos, supermarchés, plage, taxis...) proche de l'appartement à pied - Check in&out en autonomie donc très pratique - Hôte très réactif - appartement spacieux et propre dans une résidence à taille humaine (rare à Dubaï) Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Dubaï

Great location, right on the sea with a wonderful view from the balcony. Lots of space. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The staff in the building were very helpful and nice.

Очень классная квартира! Находится в лучшем комплексе во всем Батуми. Море в шаговой доступности. Бассейн на территории. Сама квартира безумно уютная. Все обставлено так, будто ты находишься дома. Вкусно пахнет. Очень уютно. Хозяйка подарила бутылочку вина при заезде, что очень приятно. А также предоставила большое кол-во полотенец, в тч пляжные, что очень удобно. Также в квартире было все, что нужно для удобства: стиралка, капсулы для стирки, сушилка, бокалы для вина, чистая посуда. Все очень понравилось! Единственный минус, это наличие плесени в душе(( Видимо из-за высокой влажности. Но в остальном в квартире было безумно чисто, что редко бывает.

Ce grand appartement, spacieux et baigné de lumière, est un véritable havre de paix. Ses trois étages offrent une intimité bienvenue, permettant à chacun de s’isoler à son gré. La superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer invite à la détente et donne envie d’y passer des heures. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, et l'accueil chaleureux d'Alexandros a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : les douches, un peu exiguës, comme c'est souvent le cas sur les îles grecques.

This studio has a far better verandah and view than the pictures show . It is a wonderful place to stay ! Great space cleverly designed to fit it all into a small space . Light bright and close to all of the port bars and restaurants . Parking close too . Book a small car for ease . Bed big and comfortable . Swimming at bottom of steps right below us was fabulous . Giannis is a great host , responsive and helpful . Amorgos our favorite island and this studio the best accomodation there .

Le séjour chez Kareem était conforme à mes attentes. Son appartement était calme, propre et très moderne. Kareem était très réactif et nous avons pu très bien communiquer pour le départ comme pour l'arrivée. Je recommande vivement un séjour chez cet hôte.

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the house. The place is beautiful and very comfortable, the communication with our host was incredibly easy and the location was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the calm and quietness of being a little off the beaten track. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that wants to be close to nature. Thank you Kyriakos. Ein Traum geht in Erfüllung. Wenn man bei Mats im Beach House Urlaub machen darf. Einfach Klasse, sauber. Uns wurde immer geholfen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Das Haus direkt am Strand. Die Gegend, das Essen einfach geil, wir mussten zwar früher gehen durch unseren Job zu Hause. Aber wir kommen wieder ganz bestimmt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Spot. I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Alexander!😍 The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything I needed was close by. What made the experience even better was the host "Amr & Samar"🥰 extremely polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Had an awesome stay at the apartment in Dubai Marina! The location is perfect – right in the middle of everything and super easy to get around. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Lauren was super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were totally smooth. Would definitely book again! 🙂

So sollte Airbnb immer sein: zuverlässiger, reaktionsschneller und höflicher Gastgeber. Saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Klare Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Unkomplizierter Checkin und auch noch ein toller Bonus in Form von Früchten, Kaffee, Bier etc. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!
