Holiday rentals with breakfast in Miami River

The place was what our group of 6 friends gathering from different places in the US needed. A bed for each person & a great location with parking for our activities around Miami. Place was clean, of value, and had a nice backyard to enjoy the great weather during our trip with a covered patio in case it . Some feedback that is all fixable for future visitors: 1. Should dislose that a person lives in this single story house w/ a separate entrance. We saw in reviews before we arrived but it would have been an uncomfortable surprise had we not. It was absolutely no problem for us. 2. The grill lit but wouldn't get above 125 degrees so maybe the propane needs to be changed. 3. Showers in bedrooms on the right side of the house as you walk in started cold and never got beyond room temperature by the end. The shower in the big master bedroom on the left side of the house was perfect so we all eventually started using that shower.

Really nice house, we enjoyed our time there

This is a simple, clean home on the edge of little Haiti; we enjoyed being in an ethnically diverse neighbourhood. Easy access by car to major streets and highways and the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Damian was exceptionally responsive when a few issues arose over our almost 6 week stay. He resolved each of them promptly and with care. He was also generously flexible as our plans changed. Personal touches: Damian provided breakfast makings upon our arrival, and purchased a coffee grinder when we asked whether one would be available. I recommend him as a wonderful host.

Great spot to stay! beds are 5/5. great host as well, and has everything you can possibly think of. Would definitely book again! very close to downtown as well

Amazing value for the Coral Gables area. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and has great access to public transit. The space is perfect for someone who appreciates a minimalist setup. Sonya is a Superhost—very responsive and incredibly accommodating. She kindly let me extend my checkout due to a wedding conflict, which I really appreciated. Five stars all around—would definitely recommend!

The view was amazing, the place was spotless. John was a great host and gave my daughter and I tips to about everything we could think of. I will rent again from John on my next visit in a few weeks.

I came to Miami for Ultra music festival , that’s why l choose this place it was walkable to the Bayfront park , also it was close to the Brickell, very nice , clean , comfortable stay for me .

Place was Great, just had some difficulty with the garage remote. On the last day had to run up and down the stairs to activate the gate. Gate didn’t open from the inside without the remote.

This location is great. It’s close to everything The surroundings are beautifully kept. The staff is friendly and responsive. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We definitely plan to return. Egerton, the host, was very quick to respond to my emails. He was very detailed with all the information I requested.

I was in town for a conference. This was a quick weekend stay. It was convenient and affordable given the other hotels nearby. Uber drivers could find us easily.

we had a very nice stay. I had to change plans a few times and he was very accommodating. response time was very fast and very clear. house was as advertised. quiet and clean in a safe, gated community. keep in mind you will have about a 30+ minute drive to most activities. south beach, museums, shopping. you HAVE to go to the ice cream museum. we are 2 adults, and we loved it! good for all ages and you have to buy tickets for time slots, so its never overcrowded. Def the highlight of our trip! thanks for everything!

There is no doubt that Tony was the best thing I had in Miami. The description on the site was accurate, the room was large, spacious,bright and pampering. The bed was the most comfortable and luxurious bed I experienced. Tony's welcome was great. Tony gave me a feeling of home,was available every hour(even at night) and asked if there was anything missing,gave great advice and tips about Miami,responded immediately to every request or question,always in a good mood and did everything to feel that this was my home and as a guest. Anyone looking for a home for a few days in Miami ,Tony is the ultimate choice.

My stay with Marcia was amazing it was short and sweet but i felt right at home! Marcias home is very loving and family oriented! Would love to visit again!
