Beautiful terrace with Ocean view right on Ocean Drive in the heart of Miami South Beach. So clearly a great location and also a very fair price for what is offered. Only minor issue was that the AC in the room is quite loud so it helps to have a good sleep. Overall I would surely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

Excellent stay, it's the second time I've stayed here, and I'll definitely be back. The service is very good from the moment you arrive until you leave. The included breakfast is excellent, it has variety, they lend chairs and umbrellas for the beach at no additional cost, the bed is comfortable and the room is as it looks in the photos, very comfortable. I was able to check in before the time, at no cost, which I thought was fabulous, you can also store your luggage. It is close to everything, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, even a clothing store like Ross and Target, and best of all, a step away from the beach. In short, 10/10. I recommend it 100%

This is a great place to stay. It has wonderful ocean views and South Beach's southern skyline. A great combination. It is relatively quiet and you can open the balcony at night and fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment. TV and internet worked perfectly! Kitchen is great. I didn't understand the dishwasher until the end, but it worked a few times as well. ;) The bed in the bedroom is super comfy, the sofa in the living room hard, but my buddy liked it. The neighbors are almost never there and very quiet. Due to the weather, we did not get to use the pool, but I think that is also quite nice. The host is very nice and supported and helped us a lot. All in all an unforgettable holiday. Thank you!

This place was just what my mom and I needed for a week getaway. Just a quick walk into town where all the restaurants and bars are you cannot beat the location. Check in was easy and Marjorie let us keep our luggage on property when we had a late check out our last day. The only thing I would critique is the beach chairs provided are sand sitters, investing I some better chairs would be awesome. We ended up renting chairs for our week long stay. Overall, excellent stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay!! very clean and responsive! Only a 5 minute walk to fort lauderdale beach with cute shops and bakery's along the way!

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

A true home away from home ! The living and sleeping spaces are large and cozy, and well decorated. The pool has a great mix of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. What a cool view of the intercostal waters, yet also private vibe. Johnny and Michael suggested several delicious restaurants and nightlife, all within walking distance. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good place for a budget friendly stay

Steps away from the beach!

This place was a perfect last-minute find! The location was incredibly convenient—just a 3 minute walk across A1A to the beach with no large crowds because it’s a residential area. Since we didn’t have a car, we used Shipt for groceries and Sky Rentals Beach Service who delivered chairs, a cooler, paddle ball, and an amazing CoolCabana tent right to us. It made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. The goal of our trip was to spend as much time outside as possible, and this spot made that effortless. Highly recommend the sand bar and oceans 2000 for good eats! The bed was also very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind at the beach.
