Holiday rentals with beach access in Mġarr

Really lovely studio apartment with a lovely view to watch the sun going down in the evening and the boats coming and going. Public transport almost outside the door with buses straight into St Paul’s bay, Buggiba, Sliema and Valletta. Balcony a real bonus. Everything you could need in the apartment, comfy bed, fantastic shower. Had a wonderful week thank you Tracey.

Beautiful place in a beautiful spot.

We had a thoroughly great day in St Pauls Bay at this apartment. It was in a quieter part of town, but walking distance to restaurants and busier areas. The apartment itself is well layout and private. We visited with our two year-old, which was difficult with the marble floors and stairs, but was manageable and would stay again. The air conditioning worked well and there was everything needed for light meals and bonus for a coffee machine. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse apartment in St. Paul's Bay! The apartment was spacious and clean, with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The balcony was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, with little extras available, making our stay nice and easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Our stay was amazing! The view worth every penny, the location it’s really beautiful and it was easy to go everywhere by bus. The whole apartment was spotless and brand new. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend if you want to have a little bit of everything. 10/10

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

We really enjoyed our stay in Matthew & Elaine’s town house with our 11 month old daughter. Communication was friendly and fast and when we missed a baby chair Elaine came to bring it to us right away. It should be noted that there is a lot of construction going on, at both sides of the house, but it’s not on a all day every day basis so it didn’t bother us too much. The walk to the beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to walk to the town square with some bars. If you have a rental car the whole island is easily accessible. Last of all we really appreciated the ‘welcome package’ with some fresh produce. Thanks!

David’s place is really a gem. It is in the middle of interesting area. The place is great, spotless and private. We recommend and would come back if we are in Malta.

This was the most unique and best Airbnb our family has stayed in! The views were incredible and we spent so many hours on the terrace and balcony watching the boats in the harbor. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and highly recommend this place! Anne and Frances were amazing hosts who made the experience easy.

The house has an amazing atmosphere, especially the terrace, windows and pool. The centre looks better than in the pictures. The host was flexible about check-in and check-out times, which was a huge plus.

Have just returned from 2 fabulous weeks at Christian and Lara’s beautiful farmhouse and fully concur with the previous positive reviews. If anything the whole experience exceeded our expectations from first communication to the day we left. There is a parking space but car rental really isn’t necessary as the bus service is excellent and provides access all over the island. A 7 day bus pass (tallinja card 25€) allows unlimited travel on all services on Malta and Gozo including the express bus to and from the airport. Taxis are plentiful and good value with an Uber from Gozo ferry terminal to the property for under 10€. The hourly Gozo fast ferry is also great value and takes only 45mins to Valletta. Christian and Lara are lovely hosts and they have obviously put in a great deal of effort and attention in providing everything you need to make your holiday truly memorable. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending.

Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

Lewis was amazing, considerate and attentive. Communication was immaculate and super supportive he’s the best Airbnb host I have had, the place was just as amazing as the apartment itself, definitely worth the price and much more.

We stayed in four properties during our trip to Malta & Gozo. This was by far the most professional and communicative host with the highest standard. The property has been cleverly thought through- from potato peelers and cheese graters to deckchairs- they are excellent quality. You are made to feel that you are valued and the host has not provided you with cheap utensils. The finish overall was amazing. It was well stocked with everything- indoor and pool towels. The tv is easy to use- we got Amazon Prime working easily. The pool is gorgeous and very peaceful. We felt safe as a family of four and found getting places using Bolt no problem.

My wife and I stayed at Mario's place for 6 nights. Our experience was very good while staying at this property. This property has everything we need for ourselves to make the most of our Maltese holidays. Location: The location of the apartment is in a peaceful set up. Beautiful view of farmland from the living room. We always have found private parking spot available for our rental car just in front of the apartment. The main bus stop of the village (Mgarr) is just 7-9 mins leisurely walking distance from the apartment. We always actively used public transport bus service during our stay without any problem. I will strongly recommend to use bus services rather than driving around with car. Amenities: We have all the necessary amenities within the apartment during our stay. The apartment has a home like feeling. Clean, spacious, and quiet surroundings. We liked it a lot. Host: Mario is a very friendly person and he was always there to help us. Highly recommend this Airbnb property.
