This is big house with two floors and many rooms in slow renovation at progress situated at old park with leftovers from revolution and second world war. At ground floor you will find large hall with books, board games and music instruments (available for additional fee). Viesu mājiņa atrodas parka malā, apm. 100 m no peldvietas Pērsē un 800m no slavenajām Kokneses pilsdrupām. Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.
