Comfy little studio near the WTC and Condesa at the rooftop of the building. Ideal for one person, a couple or two friends who wish to take the best out of Mexico City.
“Karlas place is beautiful and is a nice touch being located right off of the terrace. The building is a nice and very safe neifhborhood and the apartment is all the way up on the terrace behind 3 locked doors so there is lots of privacy and your safety is ensured. The neighborhood is safe though and the building is close to a mall, restaurants and a market. There was no hammock on the terrace though as described in the pictures Would have been nice to relax on. An awesome place to stay at Mexico City though however. It has all you need.”
Apartment with large terrace of a historic house
“The loft is very beautiful, the details and furniture in excellent taste! The terrace is private and allows you to have a space to enjoy. The only problem is that the air conditioning does not cool enough and the loft is very hot. Outside of that everything was very comfortable. And very good attentions!”
Slide open glass doors to sit on a balcony overlooking the bustling streets below. Cook at a sleek stove in a kitchen with glossy cabinetry and minimalist touches. Sit at a refined dining table set for four in this urbane apartment.
“This was a great room with an awesome location. It was far enough off of the busy streets to be quiet but close enough to be within 3 blocks of amazing food and culture. We did not get to meet Flavia or Mauricio but they stayed in communication when we had questions. The 24-hour door service made coming and going a breeze and we felt safe as the entrance to the building is constantly manned (not that we ever felt unsafe in Mexico City). We enjoyed the balcony to relax and sip some mezcal we bought. We did not cook our own meals there but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked and ready to go. We would absolutely consider staying here on our next trip. Our favorite visits nearby were: El Tizoncito (tacos al pastor, open late), La Casa de Toño (24 hour location a few blocks away), Pasión del Cielo (choose the origin of your coffee, we enjoyed Cuba and Oaxaca).”
