Welcome to Domaine du Moulin! We welcome you to our century-old family home located in a quiet little village at the foot of the Côtes de Meuse and its famous mirabelliers orchards. You will be in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park and less than 10 km from Lac de Madine and its water and water activities. In addition to its location, this imposing residence has remarkable assets, both indoors and outdoors. The interior of the house is spread over two floors and is composed of about fifteen rooms: - 6 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people (3x one double bed, 3x two single beds) and one of the bedrooms has in addition to a crib, - 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower) + 1 water point with shower in one of the bedrooms, - 1 large reception lounge (75m2) with an en-suite dining room overlooking the garden, - 2 play pieces, one with a piano and foosball table, and the other with an American billiards table, - 1 equipped kitchen on the ground floor with an oven, 4 hobs (3 gas and 1 electric), a large fridge, a large freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, and which opens directly to the garden at the back of the house where a barbecue/plancha is also available). In the back of the house you will find a wooded and maintained park of 1 hectare. Within this park you will find, - an indoor pool (the temperature rises easily up to 26 ° C during the summer months), - a tennis court, - a ping pong table, - beach volleyball court or badminton (the net is already in place, in good condition and properly stretched), - a small football field (about 300 m²) - a game of darts, - an orchard with fruit shrubs on which you can use at will (2 mirabelliers, 1 cherry tree, 1 apple tree and several currants), - an arbor under which you can eat while sheltering from the sun (and sometimes rain), - and finally a cabin in which you will find the necessary equipment for activities (tennis and ping pong racket, mini football, balls of all kinds, darts, petanque balls, etc...)
