Welcome to the Domaine du Moulin! We welcome you to our century-old family home located in a small quiet village at the foot of the Côtes de Meuse and its famous mirabelle orchards. You will find yourself in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Nature Park and less than 10 km from Lake Madine and its nautical and aquatic activities. In addition to its location, this imposing residence has remarkable assets, both indoors and outdoors. The interior of the house is spread over two floors and is composed of about fifteen rooms: - 6 bedrooms, each accommodating 2 people (3x a double bed, 3x two single beds) and one of the bedrooms has in addition a baby bed, - 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor, one with a bath, the other with a shower) + 1 water point with shower in one of the bedrooms, - 1 large reception room (75 m²) with an adjoining dining room overlooking the garden, - 2 game rooms, one with a piano as well as a foosball table, and the other with an American billiard table, - 1 equipped kitchen on the ground floor with an oven, 4 stovetops (3 gas and 1 electric), a large fridge, a large freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, and which opens directly onto the garden at the back of the house where a barbecue/plancha is also available). At the back of the house you will find a wooded and maintained park of 1 hectare. Within this park, you will find: - an indoor pool (the temperature rises easily to 26°C during the summer months), - a tennis court, - ping pong table, - beach volleyball or badminton court (the net is already in place, in good condition and properly stretched), - a small football field (about 300 m²) - a dartboard, - an orchard with fruit shrubs on which you can help yourself at will (2 mirabelle plums, 1 cherry tree, 1 apple tree and several currant bushes), - an arbor under which you can eat while sheltering from the sun (and sometimes rain), - and finally a shed in which you will find the necessary equipment for the activities (tennis and ping-pong rackets, mini soccer goal, balls of all kinds, darts, petanque balls, etc.) As you can see, this house is an ideal place to rest and reunite with family or friends (you will have no problem parking up to 6 vehicles).
