Domaine de Folleville – 4-star renovated stable

Beautiful renovated barn, rated 4 stars on Étoiles de France, offering a comfortable and peaceful getaway for families or groups of friends, 15 minutes from the La Ferté-Saint-Aubin exit (A71). The private accommodation with premium bedding and wifi has a pleasant garden with views of the Sologne. Part of the common areas of a private castle under renovation, town center 5 min by car or 10 min by bike, hiking and biking trails, Loire Valley castles (Chambord 40 min), close to Orleans. No pets allowed.

Located in the middle of the vineyards and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, the Vieux Pressoir is a place of rest, relaxation and conviviality. Local wine, cheese, fruit and vegetable producers are present. The Loire, the castles of Cheverny, Chambord and Blois, the Cheverny golf course (18 holes), the Caudalie spa are located between 5 and 15 minutes from the Vieux Pressoir. Beauval Zoo is 20 km away. Many walking and biking trails are accessible from the house.

You will find a sauna, a canoe and a municipal swimming pool. The track "Loire by bike" is at 200m. The Chambord Castle is at 20 minutes and the one of Blois is at 40 minutes. It will takes one hour to go to the Beauval zoo. The garden is fully enclosed and landscaped. New 2023 : the bedrooms are equiped with air conditionning.

Old winegrower's house, restored, on the Loire Valley bike path. Independent and air-conditioned outbuilding. You have the entire place to yourselves. On the ground floor, a kitchen with bay window overlooking the pool equipped with living room (convertible sofa), a bathroom with bathtub and sauna. Small independent maisonette of 51 m² that accommodates up to 5 people. You can air out in the 450 m² garden and relax in the jacuzzi area (additional service fee). I advise you to visit the banks of the Loire 10 min, Orléans 15 min and Chambord 30 min, by car. The gardens of Roquelin, the medieval city of Beaugency, its castle... Cléry-Saint-André is a must-see on the way to St Jacques de Compostela with its Basilica of Notre-Dame de Cléry.
