We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door like infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I couldn't use, such as the BBQ.

We thoroughly enjoyed Alejandro’s apartment. It was in the heart of the city with everything in walkable distance. He was very accommodating and flexible as we had varying arrivals and departure times . If you are looking to stay near el parque de Carolina and explore all Quito has to offer I 100% recommend his Airbnb. It’s spacious and has all the amenities you will need. We will certainly be back when we return to Quito.

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Spectacular stay, super nice decor and super comfortable. Maria Elba was an exceptional host!! I'd go back a thousand times! Fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Full and new kitchen. Amazing laundry room. 👌 Also, less than 100 meters from the house, there is a small shopping center with some very good restaurants. It is a very quiet and safe area.

We had another lovely stay at this place with our family. The host was very friendly and welcoming, just like the last time we stayed here — it’s always nice to return to a familiar and comfortable spot. The space is cozy and well-located, and overall we really enjoyed our time here.

I’ve been to Samir’s place twice now. It’s I spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location is in a very safe section of Quito within walking distance of 3 grocery stores. The security is second to none and has backup power encase of blackouts. Samir is very attentive to his guest and responds very quickly to any situation that occurs. Internet is fast and reliable with 2 good sized TVs. As always I recommend staying in this lovely apartment

During my time in Ecuador, I stayed in a few different apartments in Cumbayá and Quito as an international student. I will say that Oswaldo's place was the nicest place to live (beautiful building and location), it was a quiet and relaxing suite with great amenities, and Oswaldo himself was an amazing host. He checked in with me frequently to see how things were going, and always offered to help me with my travel plans and departure dates. I could not be any more impressed with his business and his hospitality. Thank you Oswaldo!

Excellent experience during my stay. The accommodation was very clean, well located and as shown in the photos. The host was very attentive and promptly answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The location was surprisingly quiet for how close to restaurants and other places it was. The communication was great and they even provided a crib for our baby to sleep in. Also it was fantastic to have laundry in the unit. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
