Beachfront holiday rental in Metropolitan City of Messina

We came to spend two nights with my spouse at Katerina and Andrea's and the welcome was great, very nice hosts and good advice. We have crossed paths several times and they have always had a kind word and recommendations. Very well located apartment and superb view from the terrace. We recommend!

Very pretty and peaceful stay. Closely located to port for easy access to ferries to other islands

Lorenza happened to be in Lipari city on the ferry when we arrived and spontaneously transported some of our luggage by car to Canneto, while we took the public bus to the neighbouring village. The reception was friendly, on request she gave some tips for shopping and activities. The apartment is clean, bright, modern and tastefully furnished, terrace overlooking the sea, the long village street/promenade and the neighbouring islands of Panarea and Stromboli. Shopping, bistros and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop right in front of the house. Highly recommended!

Bartolo was excellent - very responsive, kind, and even came to meet us at the port to bring us to the accommodation! He gave us recommendations around town and was super thoughtful and kind. Would recommend staying here if you’re in Lipari!

Beautiful location right by the sea. Apartment just like in the photos. Antonello is a great guy, he picked us up from the train station for free and brought us back at the end. The communication was great, he responded quickly. I can only recommend it to everyone looking for a relaxing time right by the sea!

My husband and I booked this beautiful Airbnb at the last minute, and we felt extremely lucky! The house is a recently renovated local property, and it exudes charm and authenticity. Carmen was very friendly and communicative, and welcomed us very well. It's rare these days to see a host who welcomes you in person and gives you all the tips about the place. Letojanni itself is a charming little town, with great beaches and restaurants. Airbnb's proximity to Taormina and Forza D'agro allowed us to do all the possible tours. Anyway, we made a great choice and highly recommend this Airbnb!

Angelo and Siena's house is a dream. And the island is a magical and unique place. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Alicudi.

Daniela's place was perfect for us! Carmelo welcomed us and showed us around the beautiful grounds and the sea access, which was our favorite part of the stay! You see all these boats (some big and fancy) pulling up to the area for snorkeling...and we had free access to it every single day of our stay - it was such a plus for us! The water is gorgeous! Daniela and Carmelo were great hosts - communication before, during, and after our stay was the best.

Absolutely lovely Airbnb. Perfect for our large family and included a lovely breakfast spread. We arrived early and were allowed to check-in early. The pool and common areas were beautiful. Highly recommend.

Our family (2 adults/2 children) enjoyed a wonderful stay here in April. It is a well-equipped and good sized property with everything we needed. It is well located on the coastal road: a few minutes drive (or 20 minutes steep walk) to Taormina and also from the beaches/Isola Bella. Communication with the host was good and the building manager was very helpful with our arrival.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We had a great week. The property is a perfect base for excursions to Mount Etna or the Alcantara gorge. The house is beautiful and super well equipped, really everything you need is present. The pool is perfect despite you need a swim cap. The town itself is not special. It's like taking a time trip 70 years back in time. There is a lot of empty and closed. We only went here to the Pizzaria (Orso), which has great pizza's. Fortunately, there is plenty to do in Taormina, so it is not a loss.

Great apartment with a nice view of Isola Bella! Everything was very clean and the hosts were really friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Incredible place in an ideal location. There’s a property management company that is always available. They offer airport transfer and are there at check in to guide you. The apartment is very safe with a gated entry. The grounds are beautiful with a pool and gardens. The place itself is spacious and clean. The views are insane and the outdoor balcony is spacious. The location is right off the Main Street with everything within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay. Daniele greeted us very nicely and advised us with recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. The terrace and direct access to the sea are the highlights of the apartment. The apartment is quietly located and a 5-minute walk over the rocks takes you to a small quiet beach. Highly recommended!

Fabulous little part apartment in a wonderful location. It is a stone through from the beach, where you were able to rent beds or take your own towels. You are just down the road from the beautiful Isola Bella natural reserve and beach. There is a mini market with essentials just a two minute walk away, and the cable car up into the town is just a few minutes walk, taking you straight up into Taormina. The apartment is well equipped and the Terrace is a beautiful spot to have breakfast watching the sunrise, or for your evening meal.

Great place especially for the price. Equipped with everything you need. The room is a bit dark dark, but with a nice balcony. The apartment is surrounded by neighbors so don't expect it to be completely quiet all the time (thin walls). The communication with the host Margherita was easy and pleasant. All in all a convenient affordable place to spend the vacation.

Need a car to stay here, easy to miss the entry road, but once you’ve got it it was all good, the apartment was very clean well stocked with facilities, no wifi, aldo left me some nice gifts for arrival coffee, water, wine !!!! Thank goodness, if you arrive on Sunday afternoon, pick up your food on route the shops locally are closed when you are tired and hungry aldo sent me details of shops that was great. He’s an excellent host and communicator, the views !! Oh my lord, they are truly magnificent! I want to live there! The sofa beds take some adjusting to, but ok, quiet area and neighbours perfect tranquil place, shops short drive away, and you are central Sicily to explore days out. Fresh Italian coffee on the balcony in morning Lovely just lovely. Good hot water/ shower washing machine, lots of cooking /serving utensils and crockery, cleaning equipment. Aldo was always helpful and kind which I appreciated as a lone female traveller, nothing is too much trouble. Loved it ! 🥰

We loved Viviana’s house it is just a couple minutes from the beach and we didn’t want to leave in the end. Their dog is also a sweetheart :) hopefully we can be back one day!

Wonderful location and a pristine accommodation

Loredana was a delightful host and the apartment was spotless and fully equipped with every thoughtful detail we could imagine for a comfortable stay. She greeted us upon arrival & oriented us, as well as departure. The neighborhood is quaint and walkable, away from all the tourist madness with a couple great restaurants and a nice grocery store nearby. It was a wonderful view and great to be right across from the beach. I was not prepared for how busy the streets in front of and behind the apartment can be. Even with a sound barrier, it did make sleeping difficult for me, though my husband slept fine. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The first excellent surprise is the direct, charming and early welcome, without a key box, which is rare on ABNB. The accommodation offered by Gaetano is in all respects consistent with its description. Located 1/4 hour from the ferry arrival and 5 minutes walk from the small port to go to Panarea and Stromboli, this accommodation offers many possibilities (bars, restaurants) a few minutes walk. We'll be happy to go back. I would totally recommend it.
