A charming studio that can accommodate 2–3 people. There is a large terrace, for meals with a view (barbecue). This studio with stunning views of the Gulf of Tunis is located in the heart of the village of Sidi Bou Said. You will get an opportunity to discover the unique architecture of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The blue and white houses, the Baron d'Erlanger Palace, the café of delights sung by Patrick Bruel, the unique views, will all be there!

It includes two charming suites with bathrooms, a friendly living room with rustic fireplace and a stunning infinity pool with panoramic views overlooking the Mediterranean Outdoor barbecue, great terraces...a perfect place to combine comfort and escape

Dar Dorra "The Pearl of Demna" (private pool)

Immerse yourself in the calm of a house with sea views from morning to night. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an equipped kitchen. A terrace around the pool and a garden that goes around the house. On the roof there is also a garden furniture. You can park in the private car park in the house by taking a small slope. Additional mattresses are available. Thank you for respecting our neighborhood. Events are prohibited.

AIN EL MARSA HOUSE

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a house with a breathtaking view of the beach from sunrise to sunset. It consists of a living room equipped with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two garden areas on two levels, the first around the house with a large veranda, equipped garden furniture (umbrella, barbecue, outdoor shower), the second with a large terrace above a garage for at least 3 cars.
