We had such a wonderful stay here! The renovation of this former fisherman’s house has been so well done, with such a good use of the space, we felt right at home. The location was great for us, stunning views of the sea, and right next to a lovely spot for swimming and sunbathing. Very much a local feeling compared to the centre of town! A nice walk to the centre, about 20 minutes, alternatively a very short drive. Plenty of parking right opposite the house. Flavio was a really attentive and kind host throughout our stay. Nice little touches like a bottle of wine and a snack on our arrival as well as restaurant recommendations, even offering to reserve tables for us. We arrived on a national holiday, so the parking was busier than usual, but Flavio had saved us a space which was very considerate!

Das wunderschöne kleine Casa von Stefano & Lucia liegt mitten im Zentrum von Sammichele di Bari, ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet und die zwei kümmern sich wunderbar. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute total wohl gefühlt, ein Ort, an dem man wunderbar Kraft tanken kann in bezaubernd schönem Ambiente. Von uns gibt es 12 von 10 Punkten. Het was geweldig , we werden warm ontvangen , en het appartement heeft alles wat nodig is voor een fijn verblijf en meer . De douche heeft een krachtige straal, het bed ligt zalig , en de keuken heeft alles wat er nodig is . De atmosfeer in de ruimte is zo fijn , onze host super gemotiveerd om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken , ze reageert direct op een vraag , en geeft de beste tips

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home here. Maria was the kindest, most thoughtful host we have ever come across on Airbnb. She gave us fantastic local recommendations for drinks and food, made us delicious pastries to enjoy at the start of our stay, and was always there to help us. The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more and would give the property 10 stars if we could!

È andato tutto benissimo! Francesco gentilmente mi ha accompagnato dalla stazione all'appartamento e mi ha accolta con due buonissimi bocconotti (dolcetti tipici della zona). L'appartamento, molto spazioso e pulito, è in pieno centro storico comodissimo per visitare a piedi Martina Franca. È stato davvero un soggiorno perfetto in una casa super accogliente gestita in maniera attenta. Spero di poterci ritornare!

We had an amazing stay here! Such a beautiful and technologically advanced suite! We had a little difficulty finding it, but once we asked someone for help, they were able to point us in the right direction. The cleaning service was very nice during the day and gave us all fresh new towels. The host was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left. We were within walking distance to everything and had SO many good food options nearby. We would definitely recommend this suite!

I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Carovigno and the surrounding area. Natasha and David's place is superb in many ways albeit with two elements that knock it down from perfection. Pros: - Gorgeous apartment with traditional construction but modernized. Comfortable furniture. - Huge rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea and castle. - Functional kitchen with the necessary pots and pans as well as a great coffee maker and provided pods. - Location in the heart of the old town of Carovigno, with its narrow streets/alleys, whitewashed buildings, and old world charm. - Walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. - Close to good not-too-hilly running routes on various contrada. Cons: - Immediately next to two bars/clubs with pounding music Fri, Sat, Sun nights until 2am. The new windows minimize the noise but it's still quite noticeable. - Humidity high in apartment, likely due to stone walls. Comfortable anyway but fabrics always felt damp.

O studio é maravilhoso, muito bem localizado, cama incrível, cozinha muito funcional, estacionamento um pico difícil já que escolhemos estar perto do centro histórico.

Leuk verblijf,zeer schoon en lekker ontbijt. We hebben jammer genoeg geen tijd gehad om de jacuzzi te gebruiken. We kenden de omgeving niet dus veel konden ee niet doen. Maar met het juiste gezeldschap kan je je makkelijk vermaken! Ontbijt was ook heel erg goed

Amazing place with SPECTACULARLY UNFORGETTABLE sunrise. Never been happier to get up so early in am to witness the sunrise colors of the skyline every day. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and extremely well kept, including the extremely accommodating host which greatly contributed to a fantastic Apulian experience.

Alexia's place was even more beautiful than the photos. It was so quiet and peaceful, it was lovely. Every room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, beautiful rainfall shower, everything you need in the kitchen. I stayed here on my own and felt really comfortable and safe with the private gate. Alexia was always quick to respond if I needed anything. Ostuni is 5-10 walk away, it's just one straight road into the town. There's a petrol station right round the corner and there was always a space to park outside the house. Great stay. Would highly recommend!

Nuestra estancia en Cisternino fue increíble. Nos recibieron los papás de Graziano con una calidez excepcional; incluso nos llevaron a conocer el centro y nos invitaron un café. Durante toda la estancia nos compartieron recomendaciones muy útiles sobre qué lugares visitar y dónde comer. También nos indicaron dónde podíamos estacionar el vehículo para no tener complicaciones. Estuvieron siempre al pendiente de los mensajes, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo. El departamento está en una ubicación excelente, es amplio, muy cómodo y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda volveríamos. Son unas personas y unos anfitriones excepcionales. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial!

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Matera und haben die Wohnung von Cinzia ausgewählt auf Grund der guten Lage. Restaurants und Bars sind nur in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Nach einer Suche haben wir ca. 10 Euro pro Tag bezahlt für den Parkplatz. Da die gratis-Parkplätze sehr begrenzt sind ist mit einer Parkgebühr zu rechnen. Die Wohnung lässt jedoch ansonsten keinen Wunsch offen. Modern eingerichtet und hohe Räume.

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. Anna was a wonderful host – she gave us plenty of helpful recommendations and was always ready to assist if we needed anything. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Sono stati tre giorni meravigliosi : Matera un vero gioiellino da visitare assolutamente, ma la chicca è stato l’appartamento di Bruna. Vorrei sottolinearne l’estrema pulizia ( notata anche nei minimi particolari ), l’appartamento sembra nuovissimo per quanto è tenuto bene e l’enorme vasca spa con idromassaggio e cromoterapia una coccola unica. Ogni dettaglio è curato con estrema attenzione . Mi è capitato in passato che gli appartamenti selezionati potessero avere qualcosa di diverso dalla descrizione . Invece qui è stato tutto perfetto, al di sopra delle aspettative . Bruna ci ha fatto trovare addirittura acqua, caffè , dolcetti e quant’altro per due colazioni ( assolutamente non incluse) . Abbiamo dormito meglio che a casa su dei materassi e cuscini comodissimi . A chiunque mi chiederà qualcosa su Matera consiglierò di alloggiare in questo appartamento. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement et la résidence sont tout neuf. Francesco a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher car nous étions un peu perdu en arrivant. La résidence est sécurisée avec un portail ce qui est rassurant. L’appartement est impeccable, moderne et très bien décoré. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil.

Francesco est un super hôte. Je recommande son logement pour découvrir les saveurs du sud de l'Italie.

LOVEEE THIS! IT WAS PERFECT! The villa was perfectly peaceful and serene in the middle of small town Conversano. Right next to the town center with lots of places to eat! Could not recommend it enough!!! You would not regret booking it!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Giovanni. Le domaine est magnifique et superbement entretenu. Nous avons pu goûter aux bonnes pâtisseries maison au petit déjeuner. Très bien situé, emplacement central pour les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très beau logement, à proximité du centre, nous avons trouvé une place de parking juste à côté. La literie est bonne, ce logement est plein de Charme. Netflix sur la télé qui est un vrai plus, ne comprenant pas l’italien, avec Netflix nous pouvons regarder en français.

L'immeuble, en pleine rénovation, donc sera tout beau dans pas longtemps est situé au bout de Monopoli, tout proche de la mer, à une quinzaine de minutes de la gare. On descend et on est dans le Monopoli qui vit, sans toutefois entendre de bruits. L'appartement est situé en hauteur, domine la mer et les toits de Monopoli. La décoration est design, mobiliers et matériaux de qualité. Les huisseries/fenêtres/volets sont bien pensés et isolent bien. C'est un petit deux pièces, avec une grande chambre. Salle de bain et cuisine sont très fonctionnelles. Il y a de tout: gel douche, savon, shampoing, brosse à dent, dentifrice, serviettes en nombres et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner en étant à l'aise. L'atout de cet appartement est évidemment la terrasse sublime, grande, mobiliers en très bon état et le jacuzzi. Un très bon moment dans cet appartement Giorgia, notre contact a été très réactive, sympa et joviale.
