I stayed at this property for 2 months. You can find everything you need to be well settled and it's not too far from shops and the river. I enjoyed my stay.

What a beautiful apartment with city and mountain views! This place was perfect for our stay in Chicoutimi. It's close to everything in the city and allowed us to explore the surroundings (even on foot at times). Julie was very kind and offered beautiful places to visit and eat. Accommodation highly recommended!

This was the nicest Airbnb apartment that we have visited to date. We were welcomed by Bertrand’s neighbors, PuiYee and Chantal who let us in early and provided us daily with produce from their own garden as well as freshly grounded coffee and berry’s. We were on the lookout for the aurora and they informed us on the predictions and gave us the websites to look at all the real time data. Bertrand, PuiYee and Chantal were very friendly and gave us some background information on their place and advised us on several activities. 5/5, would love to come back sometime

The place looks better than the pictures. I stayed there with my 2 young kids and my parents. It was plenty of room for all of us. It's also very well furnished and equipped. Everything is there and more. The beds are super comfortable too. There's a park walking distance and it is close to a lot of things. The host is very nice, accommodating and responsive. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

We felt good as soon as we arrived. Great location for our hockey tournament in Alma and St-Bruno. We slept very well. The kitchen was functional. Cathy was responsive to our questions. We recommend it for a peaceful stay in a beautiful area!

The owner was available and she was able to fix a few small inconveniences immediately. My kids liked the toys at their disposal. I liked that there was a high chair and playpen for my baby. The cable and netflix were too great to not semmerder when it was asleep or to rest. We were a big family and we didn't feel stuck, big enough for a big family. We enjoyed our stay. Only bemol, I have a big truck and there is a small parking lot, but it's not much negative.

Very nice place facing Lac St-Jean and the beach. Our stay was cycling and we were next to the bike path. Beautifully bright and comfortable place. There were 4 of us and the accommodation was suitable despite one bathroom.

A very nice apartment freshly renovated and up to date. Comfortable bed. Beautiful large shower. Well equipped. Very very clean. Quiet. We'll be back on a future visit. The only problem is bright even at night. If you are sensitive to brightness bring you an eye cover;)

This is our 2nd time staying in the same condo and everything was perfect! Jeremy was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful when it was icy and difficult to get out... the location was perfect for our group to snowmobile for 5 nights!

Quiet space with back parking. Everything you need on site, perfect for two people and I even found that the mattress (memory foam) was comfortable. A very big downside on the other hand; there is a cigarette smell that hangs in the accommodation, probably due to a former permanent tenant who smoked inside the accommodation. Despite the renovations made to the place as well as "good sense" deposited here and there, the smell is present. If you are non-smoking (like me) this could be a major irritant. The shower is starting to need an update. Otherwise, pleasant stay.
