You will stay in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, renovated, single-storey apartments. You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace with a view of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard to park your vehicle. The property is accessed via an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

We welcome you to our charming, quiet, bright little house with a garden and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Loire. Sheets and towels are provided. We also provide shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt, oil, etc. You can reach the towpath along the Loire in a 2-minute walk and the shops in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is located just on the other side of the Loire.
