Perfect for a stopover on the Chemin de St Jacques or cyclists following the Véloscénie!

The house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, has a private shaded outdoor garden, in which vehicle parking is possible. The village center is a 3-minute drive and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Access via a pedestrian walkway provides direct access to the pond and the nautical center.

The A11 motorway is 10 minutes from Illiers-combray exit: n° 3.1 Nearby (3kms to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops ( supermarket, bakery, pharmacy... etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the 210 m2 Pension du Maréchal offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which have their own toilet and shower room. The 5th bedroom is perfectly suited for children.
