Tiny house holiday rentals in Mesa County

I love experiencing tiny homes and this one was perfect for what we needed. This tiny home had the best view out of the lot of tiny homes and the 2 bedrooms was great. The only negative about the home was nowhere to sit and eat meals, so we had to eat outside. I loved the community gathering area in the middle of the tiny homes, and think it would be a fun place to hang out in the summer time. I do feel this tiny home was a bit overpriced, especially for the off season when the resort wasn't open, the restaurants weren't open, and it was a bit too cold to do much outside.

Joe is an excellent host! If I come back to the area, I will rent his place out again. Joe's place was nice, and just what we needed for our trip visiting the national forest. There is a tv and a larger fridge in the place than what is pictured. I will say, when visiting the Mesa area, fill up your vehicle before you leave the interstate. There is one little gas station in town, but it's extremely expensive.

The hosts are amazing and truly care about their guests and their experience! The cabins are amazing, the location is so beautiful and they even have rentals. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for another amazing stay!

First time in a tiny home. Comfortable bed downstairs, hot water, amenities, well insulated, surprisingly roomy. Not great views, and not well lit at night, so a bit hard to find in the dark. Overall though, a fun place to stay.

We have stayed here before and love it. The cabins are simple but have everything you need. The forest and lakes of Grand Mesa are beautiful. They are also quite isolated so be sure to bring all of your own food. The cabins have stoves and refrigerators so it’s easy to cook.

the place is really cute. and there is a good scenic view from the parking lot. the host was really helpful and friendly and communicated clearly about the check-in and other details.i had left my jacket in the property but the host was helpful in finding it back and giving it back. everyone in our group really liked the place and enjoyed the stay

This Tiny Home was perfect!! My stay was for a 3 month assignment in Montrose. It had everything I needed or wanted for my stay. It is so comfortable and peaceful. The hosts are awesome!! The response time for a couple questions was amazing! Thank you Allie and Ryan for everything!!

This was the best place we have stayed so far in our trips to Fruita. Great kitchen space, cozy, nice yard area. Accurate that it is small, but we had plenty of room and the bed was super comfortable. Michael was very kind and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughters and I had the best weekend at this cute tiny home. The kitchen is well stocked, very clean and quaint. The yard and porch are awesome. Right across the street from big bs orchard. The owner left a handwritten note with fresh fruit for us. We would definitely love to come back!

Lovely place with everything we needed as a home base for our weekend getaway. skylights keep it bright and airy. Be ready to wake with the sun or bring an eye mask for sleeping in. The chickens visit in the morning, so that's what the scratching sound is. I loved seeing them. the hosts are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Greg’s place was perfect. The deck provided a perfect spot for peaceful evenings after dinner. Also, I underestimated how private this place is. A perfect getaway.

We loved our stay in this Tiny home! We drove to Grand Junction from CO Springs for a concert and hiking in Utah. There were not a lot of options in the are, so we were happy to find something affordable, clean, and close to everything. It's part of an RV park, which was fun. It's the nicest RV park I've seen. It's very clean, dog friendly, and there is a lot to do in the park itself. Check-in was really easy and the tiny home is right across from the office, so the location is nice. We would stay here again when we go back. Thanks!

This place has it all: friendly hosts, super clean, private, well decorated, beautiful surroundings and chickens! There are nearby places to walk to eat and shop or enjoy nature. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay.

My stay at Sage View Ranch was perfect! I stayed in the Red Wagon which was just enough space, the whole property was charming, and Laurie and Scott were so welcoming and friendly letting me interact with the animals and giving great local recommendations!

Book it! Perfect Day Getaway is the perfect name for this gem - it will not disappoint. The place is thoughtfully done, with a great use of space and amenities; nothing is lacking. Truly feel hosted and at home. Beautiful view, very clean (coming from someone who has high standards for cleanliness!), spacious, great outdoor space, friendly animals - I really cannot say enough about it. The images provided are spot on and the hosts are wonderful!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The place is absolutely stunning, with huge glass windows offering breathtaking views of incredible landscapes. The animals are adorable — we had such a wonderful time spending time with them. Walter, is a truly remarkable man. He welcomed us warmly, took us to feed the animals with him, and shared their stories with such sincerity and emotion. It was touching, genuine, and unforgettable. We made a spur of the moment decision to go on this trip and was pleasantly surprised when such a nice place was available on short notice. Check in was easy and everything was just as described and shown in the photos. Very lovely decor and the pool area is a wonderful place to sit in the sun or shade. Spent time hiking in the Monument and exploring downtown. Lots of restaurants withing a few miles on this location.
