Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.

Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 2nd of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.
