Beachfront holiday rental in Mermaid Beach

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

We loved Michelle’s beautifully appointed studio! It suited our very brief stay in Mermaid Beach for a family event. Very tastefully decorated, with all the thoughtful little extras. Great location for Nobby’s Beach eateries, not to mention exceptionally close to the beach and Surf Club. Michelle was very informative and prompt to act on enquiries. Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

Had a great short stay in South Kingscliff with our dog. Beautiful spot for relaxing and walking along the beach. Studio apartment nicely appointed and comfy bed. Debbie was also a great host.

Excellent location, close to beach Cavill Ave and Broadbeach. The pool was great, very quiet location. Main bedroom has an amazing view, comfortable bed and fresh linen. Thanks so much for having us.

We loved our stay here and wished we had a longer stay. Kathy’s place is exactly like the pictures. It’s spacious and has so many little things that we needed , from cutlery to sauces to cable ties!! It’s so well furnished and comfortable. And the best view of the river or waterway, boats going up and down, and beautiful surroundings. Kathy is so responsive and helpful. The Northcliff tram stop is right in front of the apartment compound. Very convenient location.

Exceptional view and location. Apartment is modern and clean and spacious with fabulous facilities available for guests including spa, sauna and pool. We have stayed in this building before on a previous holiday and loved it so much we had to come back.

We had the most luxurious long weekend, as soon as we stepped in the door it was like the external world just melted away. Everyone slept amazingly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the ocean view was just incredible.

A lovely home in a stunning location! It’s is walkable to all of what Palm Beach has to offer but you honestly never need to leave - and because of the views you will never want to leave! The perfect place to spend the weekend.

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

If you don’t mind being on the corner of busy highway..which can be busy at times. Great value! Would definitely stay again. 🙂Gian

thank you for our stay, we had a great time with family. Public transport close by as well as easy access for Ubers. Kitchen spacious and well appointed. We were so busy that it was nice to return to the apartment to relax before a peaceful comfortable sleep. The kids enjoyed the pools and had plenty of swims. with lovely tropical surrounds and a bar or cafe which ever one preferred.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches provided by our hosts. The apartment was not only clean and well-maintained, but it also included all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local cafes. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The location honestly couldn't be better — right on the water, with breathtaking views and such a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything. Waking up to the sunrise glistening on the water every morning from bed was perfect. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Plenty of scenic places to relax, eat and drink! Our hosts were absolutely lovely — so warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t recommend this place more. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in an unbeatable location, this is it!
