Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a couple of miles from the Delaware River and surrounded by scenic trails perfect for peaceful walks. What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

Well situated, well furnished, well stocked, the house is an easy walk to the University, to the Institute for Advance Study, to the Theological Seminary, and to town. The house is compact but comfortable - very much as described. Resa was very helpful, reaching out ahead of time with clear check in instructions and checking back with us to make sure that everything was going well. Thanks for a very nice stay!

We needed a small house where our 2 miniature dachshunds could easily go outside and do their business and this was the perfect location. We had to pay an extra cleaning fee, but we left the house as good or better than we found it. A couple of things broke while we were there, but they had previously been repaired on a temporary basis. Not a problem we couldn’twork around. We even used a lint roller on the couch as the pups sat on the couch with us at night. I wrote the value was an "OK Deal" because it cost us $229/night all inclusive. There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of almost immediately. We did have a Home Inspector enter the house when we were not there, but we were made aware of it the night before. The Inspector (or someone) did not return everything to the positions that we left them (things appeared moved around). Not a huge issue, but it highlighted the fact that someone was in the house when we were not present. Overall, the house was good for our p

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

Ben's place is fantastic! It is everything you see and then some. It is a beautiful house, in a great location, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and at the same time close to amenities, fun towns, and convenient highways. Ben's description and pictures are very accurate. I would also like to add couple more thoughts: 1. Ben had some many nice details that made the house feel like home--snacks, toys, a full kitchen. So, it felt like we had arrived to our own river house. 2. Ben was very responsive and gladly accommodated our late check-out. Thank you very much for that. 3. The views of the Delaware are so awesome that, in my personal opinion, if you plan to visit the area, it is absolutely worth it to go a bit further out just to experience this house.

Sara is a fantastic host. The location is walkable to all that Princeton has downtown, and the house has everything that we needed for young kids including a pack-n-play, high chair, and child plates / silverware. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay! It was cool enough to start a fire on my last morning and that was a highlight for sure. A lovely spot, the dogs were a delight and the place was very sweet, restful well appointed and cozy. Host is very accommodating and kind. Do note there is no a kitchen (but there is a fridge, coffee maker, spring water, etc) so plan accordingly, as I overlooked that detail. Duh! Highly recommend!!

The little House is so beautiful and just like the photos. Julia is extremely friendly and responsive. The front porch and lovely bathtub were our favorites. Our fur babies loved it too. I do not think enough people mention how gorgeous the sunrise and sunset are at the property either! Thank you Julia for making special memories even better.

El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado. El edificio tiene varias amenidades y es muy cómodo el acceso. La caminata a la estación de tren es corta y desde esta estación se puede viajar con frecuencia a la ciudad de Nueva York y distintos destinos en New Jersey y otros estados. Además, el edificio está muy cerca de Rutgers University. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona de New Brunswick tranquila y muy cerca a restaurantes y cafés. Las anfitrionas respondían de inmediato a mis dudas, brindándome una excelente atención. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Heidi's home was immediately inviting and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. She was incredibly flexible and accommodated an early check-in and change to our booking. The home and property were incredible! Our pup loved running around the fully-fenced yard, and we appreciated the dog bowls and bed for him as well. Heidi provided wonderful recommendations and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value and location, breathtaking view, quiet space

Our family had an excellent experience at David's Airbnb. As a host, David was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The property itself was perfect for our large family, offering ample space and comfortable accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to booking this fantastic house again in the future! Highly recommended!

We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The house was super comfy and spacious, with plenty of room for our family. Our teenage kids absolutely loved the pool table and darts in the game room. It kept them entertained for hours, and it was nice to have a spot where they could stay busy and move around while we relaxed. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, far enough away from city to be peaceful while close enough to local shops and activities…but we spent most of our time enjoying the house and its amenities. Lots of games in the closet! Sci-fi, fantasy books galore. The host was fantastic—responsive and welcoming. If you’re traveling with teenagers or anyone who loves a bit of friendly competition, this place is a winner. We’re definitely hoping to return!

This was a lovely property in a tree-lined neighborhood. The space is perfect for a small family. My mini poodle loved running around the backyard. I was delighted to find that the tree above the deck had small pears growing on it. Bedding in the bedroom was lush and comfortable. The extra amenities in the bathroom included Native and Honeypot products, some of my favorites. Downtown Princeton is a nice walk or 5-minute drive away. Dorothy was kind and considerate. I would happily return for a quiet retreat.

The home and surrounding grounds were beautiful. We felt comfortable throughout the spacious and lovely home. The host was responsive and friendly. My family and I would definitely return.

We loved the location and character of Alfon's home. The beds are comfortable and good quality, as were the linens for a restful sleep. We arrived with a pre-cooked meal and Alfons' great spices helped us finish the dish for a memorable dinner with family in the spacious dining and living room areas. We were pleasantly surprised with the All Clad cookingware and that it was fully equipped. We even saw a few Red Robbins in the garden!
