Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Charming guesthouse in the best location in Merced. Safe and quiet acre home area close to the UC and the lake. Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. 5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional! This Airbnb far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that so much thought and care went into every detail of this home. The space is incredibly roomy, spotless, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing, gathering, or just enjoying some quiet time. Every corner of the house felt intentional and well-appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. If we need a AirBnB next year, I would stay here! It has everything we need,good location and Gerardo was always there for us. The only thing is ,it isn't in a very good neighborhood. If your from Merced, you know about Loughborough area. But we didn't have any problems,and we didn't even know we had neighbors.

We had such a great experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect for my little nephew to run around in the back yard. The location was perfect quiet and relaxing but still close to everything we needed. And the host Lizett was absolutely fantastic very friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
