The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Looking for a vacation in peace and intimacy, with no awareness of the hour or time? In our idyllic holiday cottage for two in the French countryside, every day soon feels like Sunday! From November to March, you can book a stay of at least 5 nights. From April to October, you can enjoy a wonderful stay with us from 2 nights We do not have fixed exchange days, holidays are there to be enjoyed and start whenever you want WELCOME!

Stay in the countryside (18 km from Guédelon)

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No hob). Also an outdoor area to relax and/or dine. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's house Boutissaint Park Lake Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private place to park.
