The cottage of the laundry, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small secure old independent house, conducive to calm and hiking. An enclosed lot, allows parking of a vehicle. On site: local shops, nursing home, pharmacy. Museum. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Canal du Nivernais, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
