The 63 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dryer, books, games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, barbecue, and fire pit.

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality joiner furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the beautiful city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

The apartment is located in our house, where we also live. You enter the apartment through a separate entrance. We are located in a quiet settlement and have everything you need and can also reach this on foot. BMW stop and public bus stop is minutes away on foot. The apartment is in the basement, with daylight windows. There are three rooms, a bathroom and a shared kitchen. Booking only for at least 2 people
