Holiday houses in Menfi

Vincenzo E Georgia were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was a great place to hang out, with a large, sunny roof terrace and a BBQ area. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, with a table and chairs for dining and opened onto the terrace, so was nice and airy. You can walk to the beach in minutes, which is sandy and not crowded. You can even walk all the way to the next town along the beach if you are feeling energetic. The water is shallow and you can walk out quite a way before it gets deep - so really safe. The town itself was quite sleepy while we were there, though it was September and a bit out of season. Even so, there were several bars and restaurants open and 2 mini markets and a shop selling fruit and veg (which was open sporadically). You have to visit the Drunken Donkey pub, where the host is quite a character and stocks local craft beers. Car hire is recommended as there is no public transport in the town. The nearest link is 10k away.

The AirBnb Baglio Bono is a superb place, surrounded by hills of olive trees, with views of the mountains. The garden is beautiful, neat, the decoration is beautiful and original. We loved spending time there to rest because the place is very quiet. You can even spot lots of stars at night. The house is very well-equipped, clean. There is everything you need to cook. Calogero and his father were very welcoming, they even offered us vegetables from the vegetable garden. Thank you 1000 times, and congratulations on your work in your beautiful home.

Very large accommodation, sea view,very quiet, secure parking, pleasant and efficient communication, to be recommended without hesitation.

Great place for a large group! We had 5 people in our group this trip and Michelle's place made for a comfortable base during our stay. The house had everything we needed, it was centrally located on the corso with easy access to parking, cafes, and the sites of Sambuca. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay.

The place was just awesome! Francesco and his family in particular impressed us with their warm and welcoming manner. They were always there when we needed something – even when I forgot my key, it was brought to me at the airport! Huge thanks for that!!!! In addition, we were allowed to enjoy the local wine twice, which was offered to us by his son Michele. It was really the perfect place to stay, and you couldn't ask for more friendly hosts!

Cozy little house. In the low season (March) very deserted area, but this makes it nice and quiet and the nearby beach you have virtually to yourself. The Boomerang Beach Bar is even open all year round and is about 1 km away. Good starting point to explore this area of Sicily (between Marsala and Agrigento).

Great place with extensive amenities. We were there with 3 small children for a longer period and didn't miss anything. The large garden around it was particularly exciting for them to discover. The view of the sea is fantastic. Within a few minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches, such as Torre Salsa. In the house you can enjoy peace and lots of greenery around it, but you are quickly on the highway to get anywhere. In Montallegro you can shop with everything you need for your stay or visit restaurants and cafes. We had a wonderful time, according to our expectations.
