I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

O'gite Sancerrois

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Nearby (500 m) is also an equestrian center. 10 km away, Loire canoe trip, 18-hole golf course (Golf De Sancerre), mini-golf, tennis, swimming pool. 45 minutes from Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, car, motorcycle, This comfortable cottage, its terrace and shaded garden invite you to relax.

From the cottage, you can go for a walk directly in the vineyard. During your stay, we will be happy to organize a tasting of our Sancerres as well as a visit to our cellar.
