The kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, tableware, and cooking utensils.Convenient transportation, a 10 minute walk to Bart Station, a Chinese supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, etc., ideal for leisure travelers, students, and business travelers.

Forget your worries in this house attached garage room. It is independent and separated space from the whole house and has access to use the bathroom of the house. There is a public restroom walking distance 2-3 minutes too. Lots of commercials such as Target, Dicks, Penera Bread, Starbucks, suchi house, bubble tea house, hotpot, India cuisine, East Asian cuisine, McDonald, wing shop etc, 5m walk distance. 2m drive to I580. 10m to bart station. Has stairs for bathroom use, not recommend seniors

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.
