Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Melton Hill Lake

Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were amazing, and we had no lack of things to do! The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived, full of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms, with cabinets full of disposable toothbrushes and razors, plus hotel soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. It was very spacious, and we all slept comfortably as the beds were all large, comfortable and clean. The details of the space were immaculate, as it all fit the theme, and demonstrated the city of Knoxville well! It’s within walking distance of Market Square, the Tennessee Theater, and a large portion of Downtown Knoxville! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the place! It made my wedding weekend so much better than it already was!!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Nice place for us. Convenient location for our needs, easy to get to. Price better than a middle rate hotel. Nice and quiet. We didn't cook or eat there, but was well equipped if we wanted to.

We stayed here during our wedding week since we are from out of state and had an excellent stay. Our dog loved the backyard and the home was clean and perfect for our needs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We come to Clinton a lot for business, and needed a place to stay in town. So happy to find this location! The place was absolutely pristine, Jerilyn was lovely in her communication, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Slept like a dream! Hope to visit again someday. Thank you!

Very clean and very cozy. Beds were so comfortable!! The area was so peaceful and hardly no traffic at all. We stayed two nights to attend an event at UTK baseball field. 10 min easy drive to the field. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Denton and John's home. We used it for family members in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect for relaxing and gathering together. There were so many areas to sit and have a great conversation. The home was well decorated and super comfortable. We will use this home again when family members come to Knoxville.

Garrett was very friendly, and very responsive! He sent clear instructions on how to get into the house, and even allowed us to drop off a rental car early! The location was very good, close to all oak ridge has to offer, and we really enjoyed the local restaurants, running trails, and beautiful scenery.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Was in the area for work. Ended up having to stay an extra night and the process was simple to extend our reservation. There are mugs and wine glasses now. The kitchen also has pots, pans, cutting boards, and knives. I would stay here again.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Gabriel’s place was exactly as listed. Gabriel and co-hosts responded within minutes and gave clear instructions to everything needed to ensure a smooth stay. The distance is very reasonable and can be done multiple times a day. Would recommend!

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)
