Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Melton Hill Lake

Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. We needed a couple of extra linens and blankets and James brought them to us. He was also proactive in bringing us some (caffeinated)coffee, which we didn't even request but were grateful to have.

Everything was exactly as described! Plenty of room and extremely clean! Very quiet, private & safe neighborhood. Will definitely keep you in mind for future stays!

We loved our stay at Hilltop! The house was very clean, check-in was simple, and Brian was very responsive (one of the remotes needed some batteries & Brian was there with some within minutes). My kids loved the outdoor play equipment and we all enjoyed the fire pit with everything we needed to make s’mores already there for us. 5 stars, would stay here again. Thanks, Brian & Tina!

This airbnb was in the center of everything! It was easy to get around, the beds were comfy and fit all of us comfortably. The host was super responsive. Check in was easy. Be aware the upstairs has slanted ceilings so being spatially aware to not run into it is key.

We loved our stay at Jonathan's home. We felt right at home and were blown away by how thoughtful he was with all the details. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was impeccably clean and neat. Plenty of parking. He left treats for us in the kitchen. Coffee and supplies were ready, which we appreciated so much! He thought of everything and we said more than once during the stay that we would love to stay there again. Hands down, the best place we've stayed in Oak Ridge, TN. And we go twice a year for rowing regattas, so we're very familiar with the area and rentals.

The golf club was a beautiful stay for me and my family. The house was peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Joseph is an exceptional great host. Very communicative and accommodating. My family really enjoyed our stay there;)

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We thought it was a great house and would stay again when visiting the area. Close to downtown, shopping and restaurants.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

Very nice cabin. great restaurants near by the views were spectacular. the porches were a delight most comfortable bed I've slept in.this place made us feel like home seen a bear the first day along with biscuit i look forward to staying at this cabin in the future

The cabin is beautiful and in a quiet area. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The cabin is within driving distance of all the local attractions. We really enjoyed the deck/balconies and outdoor seating. We’d absolutely book this cabin again when visiting the Smoky Mountains!

Josh was a very responsive & friendly host. He sent us recommendations & responded in a timely manner when we needed him for questions. We really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay here again! No complaints 💗 Good choice!

Tina’s place is very peaceful and pretty. Very clean! She has lots of little extras in the home to make your stay feel complete.

We had an incredible stay and vacation! Zero problems. It truly is a peaceful place! Loved relaxing on the screened in porch. Plenty of cookware. Kids enjoyed having their own space. Always got a great nights sleep. It truly is the Peaceful side! The entire neighborhood is quite. We were in awe our whole stay! Wether you stay put or travel to attractions you will not be disappointed! 30 minutes to any attraction and the views are something out of a painting. Town has plenty to do and the local hikes are equally impressive. Spuce flats falls, bring swim suits! Go left and right at the Wye and don't hesitate to take side roads! So many gems 🙌

I can’t thank Alison and Jason enough for being the best host and providing our family with an ideal place to stay minutes from the parkway and also not a far drive from the scenic Cades cove! Alison and Jason provided so many details on other things to do and places to eat/visit while in town and we couldn’t be happier with them and their beautiful cabin!

Patrick was a awesome host. Communicated all the details with us all weekend long. Checked in with us the day after check-in to make sure we had settled in. We are normally campers because of our 4 legged kids and decided to go with the Airbnb. We are glad we did! Patrick's place is very pet friendly. You are very close to all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet far enough away from everything you feel very secluded, peaceful and relaxing.

The cabin was beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and welcoming and the hosts were very responsive to all our questions. There is a bit of construction in the area so there is some machinery noise during the day but it starts quieting down in late afternoon. The WiFi signal is not very strong and internet access was spotty. So if you plan on doing work during your stay plan accordingly. Overall we had a great stay and even saw a momma bear and cubs stroll through the neighborhood. We observed from inside the cabin as required and recommended and at no time did we venture outside to try to interact with them. Would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.
