“Marisé 2” is a modern, functional, and comfortable apartment, ideal for both short and longer stays. It features two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and individual air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The living-dining area is bright and spacious, also with air conditioning, and includes a sitting area and a table for meals or remote work. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils for your convenience. The bathroom is modern, with a large shower and towels provided. The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and includes access to 100 m² of shared terraces, ideal for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying panoramic views of the town. Although we don’t have private parking, free street parking is usually available right outside. If there’s no space, you’ll also find free parking near the port, just a 2 to 5-minute walk away. The apartment is in the heart of the town, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a laundrette, and other services just 2 minutes’ walk from the property.

FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. We have 4 duplexes attached to a chalet-type building. Each duplex has two bedrooms, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the mezzanine, as well as a living room with an equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The outdoor garden, pool and barbecue areas are shared. Located just steps from Rons Beach, very close to downtown, they have free WiFi and free private parking. One pet is accepted, which must always be accompanied in common areas.
