Modern house in a new complex. Waking up to the sound of birds is comforting. 12 minutes from Melgar's main park and 10 minutes from Carmen de Apicalá park. You have super spacious rooms with nice beds. All rooms have a private bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. In the green area there is a jacuzzi, one of my favorite places. The barbecue in this area is enviable to share. We are characterized by luxury and comfort.

In one of the best condominiums in the area, the condominium has beautiful common areas such as tennis courts, swimming pool with slide, among others.
