wow! what a place, well furnished, spotless, great location for hikes. And the owners are very hospitable.

the house is amazing. it was very clean, has an amazing view and a space out here with barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are super comfortable. perfect for a weekend with friends

Very friendly host, advice on restaurants in Arcos, walk on passadicos . Region to discover by Geres, Soajo and Lindoso for espigheiros, but traditional granaries. Village of Sistelo, Moncao, Vila nova de Cerveira. Don't forget Ponte de Lima. Taste the wineho verde produced from the region, as well as the arroz de sarrabulho. Quinta Lamoso is a green setting, quiet, swimming pool ,river and "guinguette" 15 minutes walk.

From the first moment Andre is very friendly and responsive, I tell us how to get to the house (complicated path when you do it a couple of times, then without a problem), wonderful environment, ideal for routes and rest. The house is very complete.

Our stay could not have gone better. Emilia is an available host, friendly, always ready to help. The village of Outeiro is wonderful, with hospitable people and has a fantastic landscape. We truly feel the essence of what it is to be in Portugal as typical as it is beautiful. Thank you, Emilia!! It was in our heart. Bem há!!

The house is located at the end of the main street of Sistelo,just before reaching the church...as advice,better not to take the car to the door and leave it at the entrance of the village (it is only 100 meters ) we take it to the door,and it took us a lot to maneuver to go out,as it is a pedestrian and very narrow street... The house is incredible,the entrance door takes you to the living room,which is as seen in the photos,and then there is the kitchen, which has everything, beware with the access door to the kitchen because it is somewhat low... Downstairs, there are the two bathrooms,(one with a shower plate,and one with a bathtub), the two rooms,q are separated by a simple curtain ( ideal for monitoring the children ) where the double bed is very comfortable, and there is also the terrace of the house,with a spectacular view and where you can make a churrasquito on the barbecue... We were two adults and two 4 and 1 year old girls... so we had to be very attentive to the little one when we were in the living room, and all the time I wanted to go down the stairs, which were dangerous for her... And the village of Sistelo,it is very small but it has quite tourism due to the amount of hiking trails that is very close...there is a small shop with the basics,and 3 restaurants q are very good...a perfect place if you want tranquility, which is quite far from everything... In short,we spent three magnificent days in a very quiet village and in a beautiful house...the ideal place to disconnect!!! The host...spectacular... worrying at all times pq we were fine and let us leave later on the day of our march,no problems...

beautiful house and surroundings! peacefull and surrounded by nature. Rui and Nuno are gents! lots to do close by, waterfalls and natural pools to swim in. As a family of 4 we had a wonderful stay!

Well-equipped home with all amenities you may need. Wonderful scenery around and with easy to access trails. Recommended!

Ideal place to relax and contemplate nature.

What an amazing gem of a restored stone house right on the banks of the river! It way exceeded my expectations. The location is supreme and is just practically on top of the secret waterfall and swimming hole which I had to myself. I'd love to come back during the rainy season and see it then too. Truly magical. Highly recommended.

Rui’s place is amazing, it looks even better than the pictures! Really comfortable and includes everything you need. The location makes it easy to drive to the local town in around 15 minutes and lots of routes to other sights within an hour. Rui was really helpful, sharing some good local tips and on hand to ask any questions.

what a lovely place. excellent view from the balcony. great view to wake up to. easy to explore creeks and old paths. good star gazing. would love to go back again!
