Parking incluido junto a la casa y de fácil acceso. Todas las estancias son amplias y luminosas y con una decoración exquisita.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
