The environment is very peaceful and quiet during most of the time. Driving distance to local population place is very near. Overall very satisfied and love it!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully designed and incredibly aesthetic...every corner felt thoughtfully put together. It was also very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Truly a lovely home away from home. Definitely recommended!

Relax place to stay

性价比较高，房源干净，备有snooker，游戏机和麻将，有tvbox，虽然有点卡…餐具，饮水机，冰箱，微波炉，锅具都齐全。冷气会冷，花洒水压够强。host回复信息有点慢，但最后都有及时处理。四到六楼的visitor停车场方便，只是遇到退房高峰时间会塞车…泳池人很多，桑拿房和jaccuzi只有居民才能使用。总结来说适合一家大小styacation，性价比确实高

Glad to found this airbnb during our 3D2N trip to Melaka. Guards was helpful during the first check in registration and was greeted every time when we passed by. Walked in to the flat and “wow, cosy and pretty”. Everything was the same as what it was described. Internet was good and there was no lagging on the network. Toilet was clean too although found a small little active cockroach on my last day. Towel provided and shower gel was provided too. Shower hot water was good. Bed mattress firm, nice to sleep on. But found a stain on the common room blanket wondering is it blood stain. But is ok. Small patch. Aircon was strong enough to cool u down after shopping on a super hot day. It came with a small balcony and they have a nice scenery view from there. Had our enjoyable stay at the airbnb and will recommend for those who wanted to find airbnb during their stay in Melaka.

It exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and clean linens. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I would come again if i go to melaka, this place is very nice and clean.

This review is for Boon’s service & fast response. There was some issue with our check in on this unit & Boon provided alternative on the spot that doesn’t require much hassle to get there as we are traveling with our senior pet. We have our concerns initially however everything went smoothly & we had a pleasant stay. We enjoy the hospitality and the good customer service experience with Boon. The location is near to most tourist attractions & food.

Great place to stay love the pool but during school holiday will be packed since all 4 block using the same pool. The house is perfect owner might consider to add iron and iron board since that was neseccity. The price is cheap and affordable might repeat. The owner very responsible. Thank you.

The location is absolutely strategic with a shopping mall below, a coffee shop (Zus), a convenience store (7E) as well as other malls, restaurants that are very close to this place. Instructions given were very clear and host even sent a guide on how to enter car park a few weeks before check-in date which were so helpful. The place is very clean, comfortable and safe. Host is friendly and responsive too. Overall, my stay with my family was enjoyable and worth the money. Thank you so much, David!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything matched the listing perfectly. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. The only minor issue I experienced was with the lift access card. Sometimes it took multiple tries before it worked, so it might be worth checking if the card reader needs maintenance. It wasn’t a major problem, just a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Alina est soucieuse de ses hôtes et met tout en oeuvre pour que votre séjour soit agréable.. A l arrivée eau fraîche au frigo ainsi que des petits gâteaux et du thé on été très appréciés . Le logement est conforme à la description. La résidence est très calme. La piscine est immense. Le quartier est populaire. On s est déplacé en taxi pour aller vers Malaca (à 20min pour 17 RM) .

Really nice place, looks like a 5 star hotel with many amenities, its located very close to jonker and many other things.

Strongly recommend to stay at this location. The house is spacious and clean. There are a lot of good restaurants around the area. We had an enjoyable stay at Cherish Homestay. The facilities were exactly as shown in the photos, particularly the condition, cleanliness, and utilities which were all exceptional. It was undoubtedly the best home stay experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house is comfortable for 3 of us eventho there is 1 room. They prepared an extra bed in the living room. The house has a great view of sunset in the balcony, took some great pictures. The host is very friendly and is always response when we need something. Thank You !
