Condo holiday rentals in Mekong River

Perfect home base for Siem Reap and an outstanding host. The apartment is just lovely - so comfortable, a great amount of space for my family of 4. The appliances are excellent, beds are super comfortable, and washer / dryer works great. The complex has everything: fantastic gym, cafe, pool and easily walkable to town with a zillion restaurants. Lalin is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve come across: very clear, helpful instruction, checked to make sure we’d arrived, left us snacks, and immediately responsive. She also connected us with Bopha who showed us around Angkor Wat. They’re a dream team.

Great hosts who are always responsive and friendly. Really loved this location with everything that I wanted to explore within walking distance. This area will be in the list of areas that I will consider in my next trip to bkk.

Very quiet neighborhood and condos! The condo is very clean. 38th FL is a beautiful pool. There is a shortcut to the Siam Paragon, which is very convenience. The security guards were very nice and friendly, greeted me everytime.

The apartment was awesome, clean spacious and comfortable, some minor damage to the walls and the apartment complex as a whole, but that doesn’t dampen the experience, a few extra cooking utensils and pans would make things easier and quicker, overall a beautiful apartment and very enjoyable stay

The location was great, host was responsive and the property is well maintained. The only suggestion would be to provide better toiletries. This was overall a good stay.

OUTSTANDING! JK's place is best to stay in SUKHUMVIT area. Easiest to find and everything is walkable and right around. Beautiful place to stay. Has everything we need! Thank you for a great 5 days stay and will definitely be back and recommend all the others.

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

The apartment was immaculate, well cared for, and matched the photos perfectly. We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

They are super kind and quick to respond and help out. Great place to stay.

Great place and host!

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money. Will recommend anyone visiting Saigon to stay and will definitely stay here the next time I come. Thanks An for the wonderful experience. A ironing board and iron would have been useful

Great accommodation, exactly as described, excellent view of Pattaya beach. Comfortable with a superb patio. The host has always been helpful and responsive to our requests, overall an excellent stay.

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.
